The Mutation Spray Chilled is a specialized item in Grow a Garden, classified as a “Special Spray”. It was introduced as part of the 1.12.0 Mega Harvest update. The primary purpose of the Mutation Spray Chilled is to apply the “Chilled” mutation to your crops.
The Chilled mutation provides a 2x multiplier to your crop’s selling value, significantly increasing its worth. Visually, crops with the Chilled mutation appear slightly bluish in color and emit frost particles. When a crop becomes Chilled through the Polar Bear pet or by the spray, a notification appears on the player’s screen.

Unlike some items that can be directly purchased from the Gear Shop, the Mutation Spray Chilled primarily needs to be crafted, though it can also be bought with Robux.

When equipped, the spray will highlight a fruit, indicating where it can be applied. Once used on a crop, the spray is removed from your inventory. A key limitation is that you cannot apply a mutation with the spray if the crop already possesses that specific mutation.
Unlike standard Cleaning Spray, which is used to remove mutations, Special Sprays like the Chilled Mutation Spray have the unique ability to be used on other players’ crops.
