How to Obtain the Choc Mutation
Chocolate Rain Event
Grow a Garden Choc Mutation can occur during a “Chocolate Rain” weather event. This is a rare, admin-triggered event where the sky turns brown and chocolate “rainwater” falls.
Admins typically trigger these special weather events before new updates. When Chocolate Rain happens, the crops in your garden have a chance to gain the mutation. You may see a system-wide message when an admin weather event is coming.
Chocolate Sprinkler
The Choc Mutation could also be obtained by placing a Chocolate Sprinkler next to multi-use plants. This item was only available for purchase during the 2025 Easter event for 500,000 Sheckles and is now unobtainable.
Mutation Spray Choc
Introduced as a new crafting item, the Choc Mutation Spray allows you to instantly apply the Choc Mutation to your fruits.
To craft the spray, you need one Cleaning Spray (available from the Gear Shop), one Cacao (from Cacao plants), and 20 Honey (made at the Honey Compressor using pollinated plants).
