The Pet Shard Corrupted resembles a red hexagon with glowing particles inside. It is classified as a Limited tier item. It can be purchased for 205 Chi or 279 Robux.
How to Obtain Grow a Garden Pet Shard Corrupted
To get the Pet Shard Corrupted, you must first grow the Zen Channeller’s tree seven times. After this prerequisite is met, the shard becomes available in the Zen Shop (also known as the Tranquil Treasures).
You can access this shop by talking to the Tanuki NPC, who is located in the center of the map.
You can acquire the necessary Chi Points by trading in crops with Tranquil mutation. The Tanuki NPC handles this exchange.
Grow a Garden Pet Shard Corrupted: Mechanics
Once you have obtained the Corrupted Pet Mutation Shard, follow these steps to use it:
- Equip the shard from your inventory.
- Click on the pet to which you want to apply the mutation.
- The shard will be consumed, and your pet will gain the Corrupted mutation.
If the pet you select already has a mutation, the game will prompt you to confirm if you want to replace its current mutation with the Corrupted mutation.

After applying the shard, your pet will automatically apply Corrupt mutations to nearby crops approximately every 25 minutes.
Corrupted crops sell for 25 times (25x) their base value. The 25x sell bonus for Corrupted is even higher than the 20x multiplier typically seen with the Tranquil mutation. This shard provides an efficient and consistent way to farm Corrupt mutations, reducing reliance on rare pets or special events. It helps boost your profits and fill your garden with high-value crops.
