His passive ability, The Black King, grants him Taunt and Barrier equal to 30% of his Max Health on spawn, and when he has at least three Hellfire Club allies, he also spawns with Charged. He gains additional Charged whenever he’s attacked, applies it to a random Emma Frost ally, and boosts her Speed Bar.

When his health drops below 50%, he gains more Barrier and fills Emma Frost’s Speed Bar by 50%.
