Ikora Abilities

Super	Nova Bomb Fires a supernova that slowly travels forward and explodes on impact, dealing massive Void damage.
Signature 1	Gemini Satellite Fires two Gemini Satellites, each tracking a target independently and exploding on impact to deal damage.
Signature 2	Gravitational Collapse Ikora fires a small star that pulls in nearby targets, dealing damage over time before exploding and inflicting Confined.
Passive	Mass Accretion Landing a final blow or assist within 5 seconds of defeating a combatant grants both Signature Abilities 3% recharge. Each ability can gain up to 20% recharge within 5 seconds.
Relic Trait 1	Supporting Fire When a Mini Nova’s collapse pulls in combatants, it also inflicts them with Gravity Susceptibility for 8 seconds.
Relic Trait 2	Engulfing Supernova Nova Bomb is amplified with each target hit by its explosion, increasing its damage by 10% per target hit, up to a maximum of 30%.
Relic Trait 3	Cosmic Gift Each independent ability grants 2 additional stacks of Neutron Rebirth upon hitting the first combatant.

Weapon Mastery

Lv. 1	Blast damage from Ikora’s abilities (excluding continuous effects) grants 1 stack of Neutron Rebirth per combatant hit. Weapon hits instantly activate and consume 2 stacks of Neutron Rebirth.
Lv. 2	Increases Neutron Rebirth’s damage by an additional 30%.
Lv. 3	Increases Neutron Rebirth’s damage by an additional 60%.
Lv. 4	Neutron Rebirth now deals direct hit damage equal to 50% of its explosion damage when striking a combatant.
Lv. 5	Increases Neutron Rebirth’s damage by an additional 100%.

Ikora Talent Tree

Rank 1	Nova Remnant Upon detonation, Nova Bomb generates a Singularity at the impact point, drawing in nearby combatants and dealing 500 Void damage per second to all targets within a 10 meter radius for 5 seconds. While active, Nova Remnant grants 1 stack of Neutron Rebirth each second.
Rank 2	Volatile Gravity Each stack of Neutron Rebirth consumed restores 4% health.
Rank 3	Elemental Bombardment Grants Gemini Satellite 40% increased melee damage.
Rank 4	Gravity Dilation Gravitational Collapse’s pull radius is increased to 10 meters, and the explosion radius of Celestial Debris is increased to 6 meters.
Rank 5	Void Catalyst Increases Signature Ability recharge triggered by Mass Accretion to 6%.
Rank 6	Fractal Each time Gemini Satellite hits a combatant, it spawns an additional Mini Satellite that tracks nearby targets and detonates, dealing Void damage equal to 50% of Gemini Satellite’s blast damage within a 4 meter radius. A single Gemini Satellite can generate up to 3 Mini Satellites.

To obtain Ikora, you’ll need to pull from any of the Gacha Banners. As a 4 Star character, Ikora isn’t exclusive to any specific banner and can appear in all of them. However, she doesn’t benefit from increased drop rates unless otherwise stated.
