Hero Wars Alliance Titans Guide

Introduction to Titans

Titans are powerful characters that become available in Hero Wars Alliance once the Guild mode is unlocked at team level 30. There are a total of 20 unique titans in the game, each with their own strengths and roles. These titans add a strategic layer to battles, and understanding their mechanics is crucial for success in various game modes. Titans can be leveled up, ranked up, and equipped with artifacts and skins, much like heroes.

Each titan has a specific role such as defender, marksman, support, or super titan. Regular titans have one skill, while super titans have two. Each titan belongs to one of five elements, and these elements interact in a cycle. Titans grow stronger through leveling, star ranking, skins, and artifacts.

Titans are a core component of the game, and their strategic deployment and development is crucial for success.

Hero Wars Alliance Titans Guide will provide and walk you through everything you need to know about Titans!

Titan Roles

Hero Wars Alliance Titans Guide

In Hero Wars Alliance, each of the 20 unique titans has a specific role that determines their function in battle. Understanding these roles is essential for building effective teams and maximizing your strategic advantage. The titans are categorized into four main roles: Defender, Marksman, Support, and Supertitans.

Defender titans are designed to protect the team by absorbing damage and controlling the battlefield. They often have high health and defensive stats, making them ideal for the front line. The Defender titans include Angus, Sigurd, Moloch, Brustar, and Rigel.

Marksman titans specialize in dealing damage from a distance. They often have high physical attack stats, making them effective at taking down enemies from the back lines. The Marksman titans are Sylva, Vulcan, Nova, Keros, and Amon.

Support titans provide assistance to their allies by healing, buffing, or debuffing enemies. They are crucial for team sustainability and control. The Support titans include Avalon, Ignis, Mairi, Iyari, and Mort.

Supertitans are unique and powerful titans with enhanced abilities. They have two skills, unlike regular titans who have one, and they start with three stars. Supertitans are rare and can significantly impact battle outcomes. The Supertitans are Araji, Hyperion, Eden, Solaris, and Tenebris.

Each role plays a vital part in team composition, and a balanced team will typically include a mix of these roles to ensure both survivability and damage output.

Titan Skills

Titans in Hero Wars Alliance possess unique skills that play a crucial role in battles. There are two categories of titans, each with different skill sets: regular titans and supertitans. Understanding how these skills work is key to mastering team strategy.

Regular titans each have one skill that can be activated in battle. This skill can be activated either manually by the player or set to activate automatically during combat.

Supertitans are more powerful and possess two skills. The first skill of a supertitan, like that of a regular titan, can be activated manually or automatically. However, the second skill of a supertitan activates automatically during battle, without the need for player input. This second skill can provide a significant advantage in combat. In addition to having two skills, supertitans also begin with three stars. This gives them an immediate advantage in terms of stats and power compared to regular titans.

The strategic use of titan skills, both regular and super, is critical to success. Knowing when to manually activate a skill or how a supertitan’s second skill will impact a battle can be the difference between victory and defeat.

Titan Elements

Hero Wars Alliance Titans Guide - image 125

In Hero Wars Alliance, each titan is associated with one of five elements: water, fire, earth, light, and darkness. These elements not only add a thematic layer to the game but also significantly impact battle mechanics. The elements create a cycle of advantages and disadvantages, which is important for strategic team building and combat effectiveness.

The elements of water, fire, and earth are interconnected in a cycle of strengths and weaknesses. Water titans gain extra damage and defense when battling against fire titans. Fire titans gain extra damage and defense when battling against earth titans. Earth titans gain extra attack and defense when battling against water titans. This cycle encourages players to consider elemental matchups when selecting titans for battles.

The elements of light and darkness are not part of the above cycle, but they have a unique relationship. Light and dark titans counter each other, meaning they have an advantage when fighting titans of the opposite element. Furthermore, light and dark titans have an advantage over the other three elements, because their artifacts give them extra attack and defense against fire, water, and earth titans.

To enhance a titan’s elemental advantage, you must upgrade their artifacts. Upgrading a titan’s artifacts will increase the damage and defense they gain against their advantageous element. This means that investing in the right artifacts will be key to maximizing a titan’s effectiveness.

Understanding the elemental relationships and investing in appropriate upgrades will allow players to optimize their team’s performance. A team that takes into account these elemental advantages can be far more effective than one that does not.

Titan Soul Stones

In Hero Wars Alliance, Titan Soul Stones are essential for obtaining and strengthening titans. These stones are required to summon new titans and increase their star rank, which boosts their overall power. Understanding how to acquire and use Soul Stones is a fundamental aspect of titan progression.

To obtain a regular titan, you need 30 Titan Soul Stones. To summon a supertitan, you need 250 Titan Soul Stones.

Titan Soul Stones can be obtained from a variety of sources within the game. The Circle of Summoning is a primary source for obtaining Soul Stones. Completing dungeon levels can reward you with Soul Stones, and certain in-game quests provide them as a reward. Additionally, Titan Chests can contain Soul Stones, and they are available in a few varieties: Titan Chests, Supertitan Chests, and Light and Darkness Titan Chests. Soul Stones of light and dark titans can be obtained during special events devoted to them or from the Circle of Summoning and Titan Chests.

If you receive a titan that you already own, the game will automatically convert that titan into Soul Stones. You will receive 30 Soul Stones if the duplicate titan is a regular titan, and 250 Soul Stones if the duplicate titan is a supertitan.

Supertitans are unique and rare rewards. The chance of obtaining a supertitan is the same for all players and depends solely on luck. You can earn Supertitan Soul Stones and Chests of Supertitans in special events.

Effectively managing your Soul Stones is essential for long-term progress in Hero Wars Alliance. Players should strategically summon new titans and use Soul Stones to increase the star rank of their existing ones, focusing on the titans that best fit their team composition and play style.

Titan Star rank

Hero Wars Alliance Titans Guide - image 129

In Hero Wars Alliance, increasing a titan’s star rank is a crucial way to boost their power. A titan’s star rank affects their core stats, and understanding how to increase it is vital for developing a strong team.

The maximum star rank a titan can achieve is six stars.

Increasing a titan’s star rank provides a boost to two primary stats. The titan’s physical attack will increase, allowing them to deal more damage, and their health will rise, giving them greater survivability.

To increase a titan’s star rank, you will need two resources: Titan Soul Stones and gold. Titan Soul Stones are required in specific quantities for each star rank upgrade, while gold is also needed for the upgrade process.

The number of Soul Stones needed to upgrade a titan to each star rank is as follows: for the first star, you need 30 Soul Stones; for the second star, you need 50 Soul Stones; for the third star, you need 150 Soul Stones; for the fourth star, you need 500 Soul Stones; for the fifth star, you need 900 Soul Stones; and for the sixth star, you need 1,500 Soul Stones.

Whenever you upgrade a titan’s star rank, you will receive Sparks of Power. These sparks can be spent on leveling up your hero’s Gifts of the Elements in the Heart of Power area.

Increasing a titan’s star rank is a significant investment, but the increase in stats and the added benefit of Sparks of Power make it a critical component of long-term progression in the game. Players should strategically plan their star rank upgrades, focusing on the titans that will benefit their teams most.

Titan Level

Hero Wars Alliance Titans Guide - image 133

In Hero Wars Alliance, increasing a titan’s level is a key part of strengthening them, and it is important to understand the mechanics of leveling titans.

The maximum level a titan can reach is 120. However, until your team reaches level 100, the maximum titan level is 20 levels lower than your heroes’ level. For example, if your hero level is 50, the maximum level your titans can reach is 30.

To increase a titan’s level, you will need to use Titan Potions. These potions can be obtained from the Dungeon, purchased at the Dungeon Shop, or earned as a reward for completing quests. You can also use emeralds to level up your titans.

Whenever you level up a titan, you will receive Sparks of Power. These sparks can be spent on upgrading your heroes’ Gifts of the Elements in the Heart of Power area.

Each hero with a maxed-out Gift of the Elements will strengthen your titan teams even more, adding +1 level to the overall level cap for your Titans, Titan Artifacts, and Totems. This means that the maximum level cap will increase based on the number of heroes with maxed-out Gift of the Elements. With this update, the highest possible level across Titans, Artifacts, and Totems will be 193.

Leveling your titans is essential for improving their stats and combat effectiveness. It is important to gather Titan Potions through regular gameplay and to strategize about how to spend Sparks of Power to maximize your team’s overall potential.

Titan Skins

Hero Wars Alliance Titans Guide - image 135

In Hero Wars Alliance, Titan Skins provide a way to enhance the stats of your titans. Each skin offers specific bonuses, and understanding how they work is essential for optimizing your team’s potential.

Skins grant a bonus to either physical attack or health. Some skins also provide a bonus to elemental armor or elemental damage. These bonuses contribute to a titan’s overall combat effectiveness.

The maximum level a titan skin can reach is 60.

Each titan has a Basic skin that is available from the very beginning. Some titans also have a Primordial skin that can be unlocked, and there are Champion’s skins available for some titans.

All skin bonuses stack, regardless of which skin is currently active. Equipping a skin only changes the appearance of a titan, while all bonuses from all skins are always applied.

To upgrade and buy skins, you need to use Titan Skin Stones. Titan Skin Stones can be found at the Dungeon Shop, or they can be earned by exchanging Bronze Guild War trophies at the Guild War Shop or during special events.

It is generally recommended to invest in Titan Skin Stones from the Dungeon Shop until you have the 45/45 skin bonus for your core team. It may be beneficial to focus on leveling skins to level 45, then switch to titan potions until your titans reach level 75, and then focus on skins again to level 55. Primordial skins are very important, and some players prioritize getting Angus and Sigurd’s primordial skins to level 55.

Effectively managing your Titan Skins is important for increasing your titans’ stats and performance. It is crucial to acquire skin stones through gameplay and prioritize skin upgrades to maximize your team’s overall potential.

Titan Artifacts

Hero Wars Alliance Titans Guide - image 137

In Hero Wars Alliance, Titan Artifacts are a critical part of a titan’s power and strategic depth. There are three types of Titan Artifacts, each with unique properties that can significantly enhance a titan’s abilities in battle.

The first type is the Artifact Weapon. Every titan has their own unique Artifact Weapon, and fragments of a specific titan’s Artifact Weapon cannot be used to upgrade another titan’s Artifact Weapon. When a titan uses their first skill, the Artifact Weapon gives a bonus to the whole team for nine seconds. The bonus has an activation chance depending on the star rank of the Weapon: for the first star, the activation chance is 30%, for the second star, it is 60%, and for the third star and above, the activation chance is 100%.

The second type is the Artifact Crown. This artifact depends on a titan’s element. Earth titans get an Earth Crown, Water titans get a Water Crown, Fire titans get a Fire Crown, Light titans get a Crown of Light, and Dark titans get a Crown of Darkness. The Artifact Crown passively adds two bonus characteristics to a titan: extra damage and extra defense against titans of a specific element.

For example, Water titans get extra damage and defense against Fire titans, Fire titans get extra damage and defense against Earth titans, and Earth titans get extra attack and defense against Water titans. Light and Dark crowns give extra attack and defense against Fire, Water, and Earth titans. The Artifact Crown bonus works both in attack and defense.

The third type is the Artifact Seal. Artifact Seals passively increase titans’ physical attack and health. Titans get an Artifact Seal based on their role. The Balance Seal applies to Hyperion, Avalon, Mairi, Ignis, Iyari, Mort, and Solaris. The Defense Seal applies to Eden, Angus, Sigurd, Moloch, Brustar, and Rigel. The Attack Seal applies to Araji, Nova, Vulcan, Sylva, Keros, Amon, and Tenebris.

To increase a titan artifact’s star rank, you will need a specific number of fragments. For the first star, you need 15 fragments, for the second star, you need 300 fragments, for the third star, you need 900 fragments, for the fourth star, you need 1,500 fragments, for the fifth star, you need 4,500 fragments, and for the sixth star, you need 15,000 fragments.

The maximum artifact level is 120. You can increase a titan’s artifact level using Fairy Dust and gold, or with emeralds. Whenever you upgrade a titan artifact, you will receive Sparks of Power, which can be spent to upgrade your heroes’ Gifts of the Elements in the Heart of Power area.

It is recommended to level titan artifacts to level 105 initially, as this is the 50% mark in terms of investment and power, and is easier to achieve compared to level 120. After reaching level 105, you can come back and complete the leveling to 120. It is also important to focus your resources on the artifacts for your core team. Sigurd’s artifacts may be prioritized for their healing power, and Hyperion requires only levels, seals, and weapons.

Understanding the different types of artifacts, how to level them, and which ones to prioritize is a crucial element of playing Hero Wars Alliance effectively.

Additional Notes

This section provides some additional insights and strategies for optimizing your Titan gameplay in Hero Wars Alliance. Titans become available once you reach team level 30 and unlock the Guild mode.

There are four main roles for titans: Defender, Marksman, Support, and Supertitan. Defender Titans include Angus, Sigurd, Moloch, Brustar, and Rigel. Marksman Titans include Sylva, Vulcan, Nova, Keros, and Amon. Support Titans include Avalon, Ignis, Mairi, Iyari, and Mort. Supertitans include Araji, Hyperion, Eden, Tenebris, and Solaris.

Regular titans have one skill, while supertitans have two. The first skill can be activated manually or automatically, and the second skill of supertitans activates automatically. Supertitans also start with three stars.

Each titan belongs to one of five elements: water, fire, earth, light, or darkness. The elements of water, fire, and earth are part of an Element Cycle. Water titans have an advantage against fire titans. Fire titans have an advantage against earth titans. Earth titans have an advantage against water titans. Light and dark titans counter each other and have an advantage against water, fire, and earth titans.

You need 30 Titan Soul Stones to get a regular titan and 250 Titan Soul Stones to get a supertitan. Soul Stones can be obtained from the Circle of Summoning, Dungeon floors, quests, and Titan Chests. Soul Stones for light and dark titans are available during special events or from the Circle of Summoning and Titan Chests. If you receive a titan you already own, you will get 30 Soul Stones for a regular titan or 250 Soul Stones for a supertitan.

Titan Potions are needed to level up titans. These potions can be found in the Dungeon, bought in the Dungeon Shop, or earned from quests. You can also level up titans by using emeralds.

It is generally recommended to focus on leveling up a core team of titans rather than spreading resources too thin. A common team composition consists of Angus, Nova, and a supertitan. It’s important to consider the synergy between titans when building teams. Some titans, like Araji, Hyperion, Eden, and Tenebris, are considered very flexible and valuable. Mairi is useful for decreasing the attack of all enemies by 40% for 8 seconds, which can be beneficial when your totem is water, although Mairi requires a team heavy on the water element.

The Dungeon is a key area for obtaining resources to strengthen titans. Sigurd is useful in the dungeon because he stands at the front of multi-element battles, where damage is cumulative between fights. For the dungeon, some players focus on leveling up Sigurd, Nova, and a supertitan. Leveling up all three elemental tanks (Sigurd, Moloch, and Angus) is also useful for running the Dungeon effectively.

Some players prioritize leveling the water team because of the utility of Sigurd and Hyperion. It’s also important to make sure that your Earth team is your strongest team, as this allows you to fight more water rooms in the dungeon, which your water team can handle more easily. This means that Angus should be at a higher level priority than Sigurd.

It is recommended to level titan artifacts to level 105 initially and then complete the leveling to 120. Some players recommend not investing any gold in titan artifacts until titans are near their max level, to save gold for hero development. However, artifact weapon activation chances are improved by increasing a weapon’s star rank.

It is generally recommended to invest solely in Titan Skin Stones from the dungeon shop until you have at least the 45/45 skin bonus for your core team. It may be beneficial to focus on leveling skins to level 45, then switching to titan potions until your titans reach level 75, and then focus on skins again to level 55. Primordial skins are very important, and some players prioritize getting Angus and Sigurd’s primordial skins to level 55.

Totems are a beneficial part of the game, and leveling them is very expensive. Leveling totems will give you Sparks of Power, which you can use to level up your hero’s gifts of the elements. Players may prioritize their main team’s totems.

By keeping these additional notes in mind, you’ll be better equipped to develop your titans effectively and strategically in Hero Wars Alliance.
