Zenless Zone Zero Koleda Agent Story Guide: About Koleda Belobog

Zenless Zone Zero Koleda Agent Story Guide - agent koleda

Koleda Belobog is the current head of Belobog Industries and the biological daughter of the company’s founder, Khors. Following a major embezzlement scandal that caused her father’s disappearance and nearly brought the company to its knees, Koleda took it upon herself to restore Belobog to its former glory. Once she came of age, she bravely stepped up to untangle the financial and reputational mess, rallying the remaining workforce and securing key resources to revive Belobog Heavy Industries. With the help of new and invaluable team members, the company eventually regained its prominence. This transformation and the trials she faced are explored in detail in the Zenless Zone Zero Koleda Agent Story Guide.

Despite her accomplishments, Koleda intentionally adopts a stern tone in her communications, likely to present herself as a strong and capable leader. While she is deeply interested in helping both students and teachers, Koleda’s fondness for sweets is a well-kept secret, as she is reluctant to admit it. Known for her sense of morality and selflessness, Koleda cares deeply about the safety and well-being of others. It is speculated that her comparatively smaller stature among her peers might be due to her prolonged involvement in the Hollows, which has likely taken a toll on her physically.

Agent Story Overview

Koleda’s agent story, titled “Schoolyard Powerhouse,” revolves around investigating a companion Hollow near an elementary school. To conduct the investigation, Koleda and Grace infiltrate the school, with Koleda disguising herself as a transfer student and Grace posing as a teacher. In order to gather more information, Koleda hires the proxy to assist in investigating the Hollow within the school. The situation becomes suspicious when it is revealed that the school’s principal failed to report the Hollow, raising questions about the situation. Koleda’s role is crucial, especially at night, as she oversees the investigation and takes action to minimize risks.

One of the subquests within this agent story is called “Farewell, School,” and “Schoolyard Powerhouse” also appears as the “Bright Side of the Moon” commission under the Schedule. To begin this agent story, players must reach Inter-Knot level 35.

The story is divided into three parts, and during a field trip to Lumina Square, all the students and teachers leave the school, which allows Koleda to ensure that minimal people are at risk in case the Hollow becomes uncontrollable. As the investigation deepens, side stories unfold, revealing that the principal was illegally mining ether resources. Meanwhile, three children—Emmy, Lisha, and Dan—get sucked into the Hollow. Emmy asks for Koleda’s help with her father’s situation, which becomes a key part of the story. Additionally, there are two Hollow explorations included in this agent story.

Hollow Guide

In the “Farewell, School” quest of Zenless Zone Zero, navigating the Hollow is crucial to progressing through the mission. The key tools and techniques you’ll need are outlined below to help guide you through the environment.

You will have access to Koleda’s Demolition Hammer, which is essential for breaking down fragile walls and sturdy obstacles scattered throughout the Hollow. These walls often conceal valuable items, including hidden Dennies and Observation tiles. Be mindful when using the hammer, as breaking through these barriers may trigger the appearance of Ethereals, which will require you to fight or avoid them.

The environment in the Hollow can be unstable, so always be cautious of potential explosive hazards that may arise as you explore. Additionally, there are Teleporters placed throughout the area that can take you to different locations, such as the Graffiti Zone, providing a change of scenery and new objectives. As you continue your journey, certain locks will be encountered, and you’ll need to acquire specific keys during the quest to open them and proceed further.

To navigate the Hollow effectively, break obstacles, watch out for hidden enemies, and explore the environment to ensure you don’t miss any valuable resources or clues that will help you complete your objectives.

Gameplay and Combat

Zenless Zone Zero Koleda Agent Story Guide - skill

Koleda in Zenless Zone Zero is a highly effective stun character, excelling at inflicting Daze and Fire DMG to enemies. Her playstyle revolves around using multiple Special Attacks in quick succession to maximize her damage output. For optimal performance, it’s crucial to prioritize Energy Regen, as this allows Koleda to continuously perform Special Attacks and maintain pressure on enemies.

Koleda is especially potent when paired with Ben, as their synergy provides additional defense benefits and a unique collaboration. This pairing can enhance her durability and make her more versatile in combat.

For skill upgrades, prioritize Special Attack and Basic Attack, as these are her core abilities. Upgrading these first will yield the most significant damage increase. After these, focus on Chain Attack, followed by Assist and Dodge. Koleda’s Dodge abilities are less critical to her overall effectiveness, so they can be deprioritized unless you’re aiming to fully max out all of her skills.

Regarding equipment, Koleda’s signature W-Engine, the Hellfire Gears, is the best choice for her. It boosts her Energy Regen when she’s off the field and increases her Impact during Special Attacks, making her more efficient in battle. If Hellfire Gears is unavailable, Cannon Rotor can be used to increase her ATK and critical hit damage. Precious Fossilized Core is another solid option, as it enhances her ability to inflict Daze when an enemy’s HP drops below half. For a more budget-friendly B-Rank option, Vortex – Arrow can increase her Daze capabilities, further enhancing her role as a Stun character.

Koleda’s Drive Discs should focus on boosting her Impact and Energy Regen. The Shockstar Disco set enhances her ability to inflict Daze, making it ideal for her role as a Stun character. Inferno Metal boosts Fire DMG and Crit Rate, which is perfect for treating Koleda as a DPS. To ensure more frequent Special Attacks, the Swing Jazz set increases her Energy Regen. For a more offensive build, Hormone Punk can help boost her ATK, although she may not compete with other dedicated Attack agents in the late game.

Miscellaneous

Zenless Zone Zero Koleda Agent Story Guide - favorite food

Koleda, also known as Kaa, is a unique and endearing character in Zenless Zone Zero. One of her favorite treats is pineapple buns, which help to perk her up. Her trusty demolition hammer allows players to destroy fragile walls in the environment, often accompanied by her quip, “Hey, it’s starting to loosen, let’s give it another try,” when she bashes through brick walls. While in stealth mode, Koleda is cautious and aims to avoid waking up ethereals, emphasizing the importance of careful exploration.

In the Hollow, Koleda believes the most dangerous thing isn’t the monsters, but rather getting lost. Throughout her Agent Story, players can help her by finding and convincing three lost kids to rejoin the choir. This leads to her receiving the hammer forged at a university internship, a gift from Miss Grace. There are key dialogue options to increase Koleda’s trust: “Desserts should definitely be sweet” and “Let me try some and see.” Reaching the Friendly trust level with Koleda allows players to find her in front of the video store during the morning or afternoon.

At maximum friendship, Koleda can be placed in the background, symbolizing the bond forged over time. Interestingly, she has a strong dislike for adults who come off as overly mature or too serious. It’s also revealed that Koleda had previously been masquerading as an exchange student, adding an extra layer to her character.
