Call of Dragons City of Splendor

The Call of Dragons City of Splendor event begins on Day 11 and lasts for 2 days. This event involves you consuming Building or Training speedups in return for rewards. There are rewards for various thresholds, but also ranking rewards which vary depending on how you place. I would recommend if you are approaching this event, and do not drastically need to train units or finished constructing buildings, to save for a couple of days prior to the event starting so you can be sure to max out the set rewards, and have a good chance of ranking highly amongst other players.
