AFK Arena Liberta Guide

AFK Arena Liberta

AFK Arena Liberta Guide: Introduction

AFK Arena Liberta, the Scion of Dawn, is a powerful Celestial support hero, classified as an Intelligence-based unit specializing in health manipulation and sustain. As an Ascended-tier hero, his abilities revolve around redistributing health between allies and enemies, making him a versatile and strategic force on the battlefield. He is the twin brother of Lucilla and the adoptive son of Gavus and Eugene. His in-game persona is reflected in his signature quote: “Pardon the inconvenience.”

AFK Arena Liberta and Lucilla, originally known as Dawn and Dusk, were created in the Age of Arcana through an alchemical ritual designed to grant mortals’ divine power. Their transformation required an immense energy source, leading to the creation of the Cradle of Truth. Before they could reach their full potential, the gods discovered their existence and launched an assault. To protect them, their creator sealed them in an arcane container, setting them to awaken in the future.

Two thousand years later, the Celestials uncovered the twins’ container, but it fell into Hypogean hands. During this time, they were found and raised by an unlikely pair Gavus, a Celestial, and Eugene, a Hypogean. It was Gavus and Eugene who named him AFK Arena Liberta, signifying the freedom to choose his own path. However, their peaceful life was short-lived as the twins were eventually captured, their adoptive fathers imprisoned, and their memories sealed.

Trained as hidden weapons, AFK Arena Liberta and Lucilla spent a decade apart until fate brought them back to the Cradle of Truth. Their reunion shattered the memory seals placed on them, allowing them to reclaim their true identities. Amidst the ensuing chaos, the twins escaped, setting out on a journey to uncover the fate of their lost fathers.

On the battlefield, AFK Arena Liberta excels at balancing the health of allies and enemies through Forced Equilibrium, his ultimate ability. This skill links the ally with the lowest HP to the enemy with the highest HP, redistributing their health within specific limits. While the link is active, healing received by the ally can be converted into damage against the enemy, while damage taken by the enemy can be converted into healing for the ally.

His synergy with Lucilla further enhances these effects when they fight together. Additionally, Liberta utilizes Blessing Orbs to heal allies and Punishing Orbs to damage enemies. His ability Restore Order allows him to redistribute these Orbs strategically, providing powerful sustain and battlefield control. As a high-impact support hero, Liberta sustains his team while simultaneously weakening key enemies, making him a vital asset in strategic team compositions.

AFK Arena Liberta Guide: Skills

AFK Arena Liberta, the Scion of Dawn, wields abilities that blend healing, damage redistribution, and battlefield control. His skills revolve around linking allies and enemies, granting beneficial and harmful Orbs, and strategically manipulating health pools to shift the tide of battle.

Forced Equilibrium (Ultimate)

AFK Arena Liberta Skill Forced Equilibrium

Links the ally with the lowest current health to the enemy with the highest current health for 7 seconds, averaging their health, though the ally’s health will not drop below its original amount, and the enemy’s health will not exceed its original amount. Bosses can be linked, but their health remains unchanged. While the link is active, 60% of the ally’s received healing is converted into damage against the linked enemy (up to 600% of Liberta’s Attack Rating), and 60% of the damage taken by the enemy is converted into healing for the linked ally.

When paired with Lucilla, Forced Equilibrium is enhanced by drawing from her Crimson Scythe (Signature Item), boosting the link’s healing and damage transfer by 33% of the Attack Rating sealed by her ability. At Lvl 2, the link duration increases to 10 seconds. At Lvl 3, healing-to-damage and damage-to-healing multipliers increase to 100%, and when paired with Lucilla, both effects rise to 150%.

Bless (1st Skill)

AFK Arena Liberta Skill Bless

Grants 1 Blessing Orb to the ally with the lowest current health. Each Blessing Orb heals the holder every second for 200% of AFK Arena Liberta’s Attack Rating over 5 seconds. Each hero can hold up to 3 Blessing Orbs at a time. If a new Orb exceeds the limit, the oldest Orb is removed, and the remaining healing it would have provided is instantly restored. At Lvl 2, healing per second increases to 220% of Liberta’s Attack Rating. At Lvl 3, it increases further to 240%. At Lvl 4, when a Blessing Orb is removed, it grants extra healing equal to 30% of the target’s max health.

Punish (2nd Skill)

AFK Arena Liberta Skill Punish

Places 1 Punishing Orb on the enemy with the highest current health. Each Punishing Orb deals damage every second equal to 200% of AFK Arena Liberta’s Attack Rating over 5 seconds. Each enemy can hold up to 3 Punishing Orbs. If a new Orb exceeds the limit, the oldest Orb is removed, and its remaining damage is instantly dealt. At Lvl 2, damage per second increases to 220% of Liberta’s Attack Rating. At Lvl 3, it increases further to 240%. At Lvl 4, removing a Punishing Orb permanently increases the damage dealt by 16%, stacking up to a maximum of 80%.

Restore Order (3rd Skill)

AFK Arena Liberta Skill Restore Order

Removes all active Blessing and Punishing Orbs from the battlefield, then redistributes an equal number of Orbs to the most suitable targets. The skill prioritizes removing the oldest Orbs, and up to 3 of each type can be removed. At Lvl 2, for each Blessing Orb removed, its holder and Liberta recover 100 Energy, while Liberta also gains health equal to 300% of his Attack Rating, and the cooldown of Bless is reduced by 2 seconds.

At Lvl 3, for each Punishing Orb removed, the affected enemy takes 300% of Liberta’s Attack Rating as extra damage, while AFK Arena Liberta gains 5 Haste (stacking up to 50), and the cooldown of Punish is reduced by 2 seconds. At Lvl 4 (Passive), removing Orbs creates new Orbs of the opposite type each Blessing Orb removed spawns 1 Punishing Orb on an enemy, while each Punishing Orb removed spawns 1 Blessing Orb on an ally. Newly created Orbs automatically seek the best targets but will not trigger this effect again upon removal.

AFK Arena Liberta excels in health manipulation, sustained healing, and consistent enemy pressure. His ability to balance team survivability while dealing damage over time makes him a unique hybrid support. By properly timing Forced Equilibrium and managing Orbs with Restore Order, players can maximize his impact in battle.

Gemini Equilus

AFK Arena Liberta Signature Item Gemini Equilus

Enhances his ability to manipulate Blessing and Punishing Orbs while providing additional Energy control. Its unique skill, Justice Reigns, grants various benefits as it is upgraded. At activation, it provides 50 Energy whenever an allied hero gains a Blessing Orb.

Skill – Justice Reigns

At +10, it reduces 50 Energy from an enemy hero when they gain a Punishing Orb.

At +20, the Energy gained and removed upon obtaining Blessing and Punishing Orbs increases to 150.

At +30, using the Bless or Punish skill places one additional corresponding Orb on the target, significantly enhancing Liberta’s support and damage potential. Fully upgrading his Signature Item to +30 or higher is crucial to maximizing his effectiveness in battle.

AFK Arena Liberta Guide: Furniture Ability

Shelter

AFK Arena Liberta Furniture Ability Shelter

Liberta’s Furniture Ability, Shelter, enhances his Restore Order skill and Ultimate, making him a stronger support unit.

At 3/3 furniture, using his Ultimate immediately resets the cooldown of Restore Order, allowing him to manipulate Blessing and Punishing Orbs more frequently.

At 9/9 furniture, his Ultimate skill modifies health redistribution, dividing the current health of linked allied and enemy heroes at a 60% to 40% ratio.

When paired with Lucilla, this effect becomes even more potent, shifting the ratio to 75% and 25%, further amplifying his synergy with her. This furniture bonus significantly enhances Liberta’s impact in battle, making the 9/9 upgrade highly valuable for late-game performance.

AFK Arena Liberta Guide: Artifacts and Collection

Luminous Flight

AFK Arena Liberta Artifacts and Collection Luminous Flight

With the introduction of the Ghoulish Gallery, artifacts have been replaced by collections, making it essential to equip Liberta with the optimal collection item and substats. The best choice for him is Luminous Flight, which should be upgraded to Skill Level 3 for maximum effectiveness without sacrificing key stats. When building this collection, prioritize ATK as the most important offensive stat, ensuring it is maximized whenever possible. On the defensive side, DMG Resist is the highest priority, offering crucial survivability. To fully optimize Liberta’s performance, focusing on Luminous Flight at Level 3 with high ATK and DMG Resist will provide the best balance of offense and durability.

AFK Arena Liberta Guide: Engravings

AFK Arena Liberta Engravings

Engravings play a crucial role in maximizing Liberta’s potential, with E67 being the recommended investment level for optimal performance. While he can function at E0 with no investment, reaching E30 enhances his Punish skill by increasing the damage dealt when removing Punishing Orbs by an additional 16%, stacking up to 80%. At E60, his Restore Order skill gains a passive effect, where removing Blessing Orbs creates Punishing Orbs and vice versa, ensuring a continuous cycle of buffs and debuffs. Although further investment beyond E67 is unnecessary for most players, those heavily invested in high-level PvP may choose to push higher.

AFK Arena Liberta Guide: Conclusion

To optimize Liberta in AFK Arena, players must invest strategically in his key attributes. His Signature Item should be upgraded to +30 at a minimum, with +40 recommended for full effectiveness. His Furniture is also crucial, with the 9/9 set bonus being nearly mandatory for end-game performance, providing a cooldown reset for Restore Order and improving his Ultimate, especially when paired with Lucilla.

For Artifacts, now replaced by Collections, Luminous Flight at Skill Level 3 is the best choice, with ATK as the primary offensive stat and DMG Resist as the top defensive stat. In Engravings, the recommended investment is E67, though E30 unlocks a major boost to Punish, and E60 adds a passive orb generation effect to Restore Order.

Overall, Liberta earns an S+ rating in Campaign, Tower, Nightmare Corridor, and Cursed Realm. By carefully prioritizing his upgrades and following these optimization strategies, players can maximize his performance across all game modes.
