Giant Bear
The Giant Bear relies on powerful melee and area-of-effect (AoE) attacks, which can devastate close-range units. It also has a charging attack that players need to dodge to prevent the bear from becoming frenzied, which makes it more aggressive.
Step 1: Tank Positioning
Tanks should engage the Giant Bear in the center of the arena, while ranged players stay on the edges to avoid AoE attacks. Melee units are not recommended due to the bear’s strong swipe, stomp, and slam attacks. Avoid the bear’s frontal arc to minimize damage.
Step 2: Charge Attack Phases
Every 25% of the Giant Bear’s health, it performs a stomp, stunning players briefly, followed by a charge attack. Players need to dodge the charge, as hitting a player will cause the bear to become frenzied, continuously casting Rend. If the bear misses all players, it crashes into a wall, gets stunned, and takes increased damage due to reduced defense. Use this window to deal maximum damage.
Step 3: Healing Manastones
After the bear completes its charge attack sequence, it will release Healing Manastones around the arena. Players can channel these stones to restore health. Be sure to gather them as soon as they appear to heal any wounded units.
Step 4: Repeat the Cycle
The fight continues with cycles of non-charging phases and charge attack phases. Focus on dodging charges and dealing damage while the bear is stunned.
Tips for Elite Giant Bear:
In the Elite version, the Giant Bear has 150% increased health, attack, and defense. It also inflicts a bleed effect on players, reducing movement speed by 30% and dealing damage over time. Each time it hits players during a charge, its damage increases by 1%, stacking over time. Teams should coordinate even more carefully in this version to avoid the bear’s increased aggression.

Giant
The Giant is a powerful Call of Dragons Behemoth with devastating AoE attacks and a strong immunity to debuffs. Players need to manage its shield phases, deal with summoned Hammer Trolls, and avoid its cone and radial attacks to succeed.
Step 1: Tank Positioning and Engagement
Have your tank engage the Giant in the center of the arena. A secondary tank should be prepared to step in if needed. Ranged units should attack from a safe distance, as the Giant’s frontal attacks, like Reckless Blow and Wild Swing, deal massive physical damage to enemies in front of it.
Step 2: Avoiding Cone and Radial Attacks
Periodically, the Giant performs wide frontal cone attacks and a radial attack that hits in three directions. Ranged units must stay spread out and position themselves between the arcs of these attacks to avoid damage. Keeping your distance is key to avoiding abilities like Whirlwind of Ferocity, which strikes surrounding legions.
Step 3: Breaking the Giant’s Shield
Every time the Giant loses 25% of its health, it will devour a player and gain a shield. The rest of the team must break this shield quickly using high-damage abilities and artifacts, or the devoured player will die. Artifacts with high damage output are essential here. Breaking the shield also briefly stuns the Giant, giving the team an opportunity to unleash heavy damage.
Step 4: Handling the Hammer Trolls
At a certain point, the Giant becomes invulnerable and summons Hammer Trolls. Players must stop damaging the Giant and focus on eliminating the Trolls. Each defeated troll drops a healing manastone, which can restore health to nearby players. Once all trolls are defeated, the Giant loses its invulnerability and becomes vulnerable again, allowing players to resume their assault.
Step 5: Repeat Phases
The fight will continue in cycles, with players needing to manage shield breaks, Hammer Trolls, and dodging the Giant’s large AoE attacks. Continue to communicate effectively to avoid unnecessary damage and stay alive.
Elite Version:
In the Elite version, the Giant has 150% more health, attack, and defense, while enemy magic units take 100% more damage. The shield gained from Feast of Gluttony is 200% stronger, requiring even more focused damage to break.

Thunder Roc
The Thunder Roc presents a variety of dangerous attacks, including area-of-effect (AoE) and electrical abilities. Its abilities become more powerful when near water, adding extra layers of difficulty to the fight. Understanding the Roc’s mechanics and avoiding electrified water is critical to minimizing damage and keeping your team alive.
Step 1: Positioning and Tanks
Start the fight with your tank engaging the Thunder Roc in the center of the arena. Avoid using melee units to deal damage as the Roc performs several AoE attacks, including the 150-degree Wing Strike, which deals heavy magic damage in a frontal arc, and the Zealous Blow, a 360-degree whirlwind. A secondary or tertiary tank should be positioned behind the Roc to regain its attention if aggro is lost. The key is to keep the Thunder Roc centered in the arena to reduce the impact of its knockback abilities, such as Scatter, which knocks players toward the edges.
Step 2: Dodging Gathering Storm
The Thunder Roc periodically uses Gathering Storm, charging for around 8 seconds before unleashing a powerful lightning attack. All players should avoid this ability at all costs, especially if standing in water, as this triggers the Electrostatic Discharge, dealing massive magic damage. Movement is crucial here since this ability cannot be interrupted.
Step 3: Avoiding Ball Lightning
At intervals, the Roc will ascend and fire two projectiles at bodies of water, electrifying the surrounding areas. This creates dangerous zones of constant damage and reduced movement speed, so players must stay away from water during this phase. Right after these projectiles explode, the Roc will swoop down, causing a knockback effect across the arena.
Step 4: Gathering Healing Manastones
After significant damage, the Thunder Roc will drop four healing crystals. These crystals spawn near the water pools, so it’s essential to avoid the pools being targeted by projectiles. Move to the safe pools and activate the healing manastones to restore health and remove some debuffs.
Step 5: Managing Electric Blast
During the fight, the Roc will target three players with Electric Blast, marking them with lightning circles. These players must move to the center of the arena and avoid standing near others. If not handled correctly, the blast will cause heavy damage to nearby players, potentially leading to a wipe. Communication is key here, as players need to coordinate their movements to minimize collateral damage.
Step 6: Race Against the Rage Timer
Like other behemoths in Call of Dragons, the Thunder Roc has a rage timer. If the fight isn’t completed within this time, it becomes Enraged and unleashes Thunderous Cry, instantly killing all legions. This makes efficient handling of mechanics and quick damage output essential.
Additional Tips for Elite Thunder Roc:
In the Elite version, the Thunder Roc has 150% more health, attack, and defense. Physical units take 100% more damage, and the time before enrage is reduced by one minute. Additionally, more players are required to gather healing manastones (13 players instead of the usual amount), so larger groups will need to focus on this mechanic.

Hydra
The Hydra is a fast-paced Call of Dragons Behemoth with multiple abilities that can overwhelm even experienced players. Its most dangerous mechanics involve poison, area-of-effect (AoE) attacks, and managing unstable manastones. Understanding its abilities and proper coordination is key to victory.
Step 1: Spread Formation
At the start of the fight, the team should spread out across the arena while the tank engages the Hydra in the center. The tank needs to maintain a strong grip on the Hydra’s attention by using threat-generating abilities. Ranged players and supports should remain on the outskirts of the fight to minimize the risk of taking damage from the Hydra’s frontal attacks like Fang Strike and Tail Sweep.
Step 2: Managing Unstable Manastones
Throughout the fight, Unstable Manastones will appear in the arena. If left unchecked, these will explode, dealing massive damage to the entire raid. When a manastone appears, the highest-damage dealer should grab it within 19 seconds to avoid this explosion. Picking up the manastone grants a damage buff, but it also inflicts poison on the player, adding an extra layer of risk. If the timer on a manastone drops too low, anyone in the raid should prioritize picking it up to prevent an explosion.
Step 3: Dodging Poisonous Attacks
The Hydra frequently uses abilities like Poisonous Pulse, Poisonous Crevices, and Miasma to inflict poison on the raid. These attacks deal damage over time and add poison stacks, which can be deadly if not managed properly. Players must continually move to avoid these area-of-effect abilities, especially the Poisonous Pulse, which targets random players. Additionally, when the Hydra creates Poisonous Crevices on the ground, players need to stand on them to prevent an explosion, but doing so inflicts poison. Only one player is needed per crevice, so avoid stacking multiple players on the same spot.
Step 4: Handling Dispelling Manastones
As the fight progresses, Dispelling Manastones will appear. These are crucial for the team’s survival as they heal the party and remove poison stacks. Once these manastones spawn, stop all damage-dealing efforts and prioritize channeling them with a total of 10 players. Without this, the poison will become overwhelming and lead to a raid wipe, especially in the Elite version of the fight, where poison damage is significantly increased.
Step 5: Dealing with Hydra’s Knockback and Crevice Phase
At certain points in the fight, the Hydra will knock all players back and move to the back of the arena. During this phase, it spawns poisonous trails that players must dodge while still standing on crevices to avoid explosions. Prioritize avoiding the poison trails, especially in the Elite version of the fight where damage from poison can be fatal.
Step 6: Rinse and Repeat
The fight continues in a cycle, where players must handle the Hydra’s poison attacks, collect unstable and dispelling manastones, and maintain proper positioning. The raid should constantly adjust to avoid high-damage attacks like Rancorous Strike, which knocks back players and inflicts damage in a forward arc. Continue to focus on managing poison stacks and healing until the Hydra is defeated.
Additional Tips for Elite Hydra:
In the Elite version, the Hydra gains a 150% boost to its health, attack, and defense. It also releases Poison Rain every 50 seconds, dealing 500 magic damage per second for 10 seconds to all players in range. Ranged units also deal 20% less damage in this version. Teams should ensure they’re well-equipped and organized before attempting this more challenging fight.

Direbear
The Direbear is a formidable beast with high durability, strong attacks, and complex mechanics, making it a tough challenge for players. To successfully defeat it, you need to understand the specific abilities and tactics it employs during the fight. The key to victory lies in proper positioning, managing its special attacks, and capitalizing on vulnerabilities.
Step 1: Positioning and Formation
The Direbear fight starts with your team needing to spread out, especially for those playing ranged classes or supporting roles. The tank should pull the Direbear to the center of the battle area, keeping its attention while the rest of the group remains on the sides. Avoid the Darkseal ability—this is a hazardous area that the Direbear casts on the ground, which deals constant damage over time to anyone caught in it. Moving out of these zones is crucial to minimizing unnecessary damage to the team.
Step 2: Dodging Dark Rush
One of the Direbear’s most dangerous abilities is the Dark Rush, a charging attack where it targets a player, rushes forward, and deals devastating damage in a straight line. To avoid this attack, position yourself so that you can dodge it effectively. Moving at a 90-degree angle from the bear’s direction is the best method to escape unscathed. When timed correctly, this will cause the Direbear to crash into a wall, temporarily stunning itself. This is a critical moment when your team can unload high-damage attacks as the Direbear is vulnerable for a short period.
Step 3: Healing and Manastones
Throughout the fight, you’ll notice Manastones scattered around the arena. These stones provide healing and buffs when picked up, but should be used strategically. The tank or a support player should manage the collection of these Manastones, ensuring they are only used when truly necessary, such as when health is dangerously low. Overusing them early on may leave your team without resources for the latter stages of the fight when the Direbear’s damage output increases significantly.
Step 4: Use of Artifacts
Artifacts play a major role in increasing your chances of success. Equip your team with powerful artifacts that deal area-of-effect damage or provide crowd control. The most effective time to use these artifacts is right after the Direbear has stunned itself following the Dark Rush. This phase is where the Direbear takes extra damage, so timing your artifact usage correctly can make a significant impact on its health bar.
Step 5: Coordination and Communication
Defeating the Direbear is not just about individual performance but teamwork. Proper coordination between tank, damage dealers, and support roles is crucial. Assign specific players to call out when the Direbear is preparing to use its Dark Rush, when the Darkseal appears, and when to use Manastones. Teams that communicate effectively will find it easier to manage these phases and capitalize on opportunities for high damage output.
Step 6: Rinse and Repeat
The fight with the Direbear is a battle of endurance and precision. Continue cycling through the above steps, dodging the Direbear’s key abilities, stunning it when possible, and maximizing damage during its vulnerability phases. Make sure not to rush, as maintaining control over the flow of the battle is more important than finishing it quickly. Staying patient and focused on mechanics will lead to a successful takedown.
Additional Tips for Elite Direbear:
In the elite version, the Call of Dragons Behemoth has an increase health points, attack, and defense by 150%. Enemy legion deals 50% less magic damage. When legions have less than 30% health points remaining, they restore health points when they deal damage. Health points restored are equivalent to 30% of the damage dealt. Direbear generates Darkseal continuously whilst moving.

Necrogiant
The Necrogiant fight involves two enemies: the Necrogiant and the Giant. These two share health and must be separated to prevent them from receiving damage reduction via a tether when too close. The Necrogiant is immune to magic damage, making physical damage, particularly from marksmen, essential.
Step 1: Positioning and Separation
Assign tanks to keep the Necrogiant and Giant apart while mage legions handle the Giant. This prevents them from gaining the damage reduction buff. Ranged units should focus on maximizing damage to the Necrogiant, while staying mobile and away from AoE attacks. Keep infantry focused on maintaining aggro and separating the behemoths.
Step 2: Dealing with Teleportation
At various points, both enemies will become immune and begin channeling teleportation, swapping places after casting a random skill. While channeling, they are invulnerable, and attacking the Necrogiant at this point results in counterattacks (especially dangerous in the Elite version). During this time, keep your units in motion to avoid triggering unnecessary damage.
Step 3: Dodge Projectiles and Barriers
Throughout the fight, the Necrogiant summons eyes that launch orbs and cross-shaped barriers. These must be dodged, as each hit deals percentage-based damage to your legion. Stay spread out and aware of incoming projectiles while positioning yourself near the other Giant in anticipation of the teleport swap.
Step 4: Handling Darkfire
Once enough damage is dealt, the Necrogiant initiates Darkfire. The entire arena will turn purple, and two circular seals will appear under legions. Standing in these seals makes you immune to Darkfire damage. Move as a group toward healing manastones while under the protection of the seals. After healing, realign your forces with their respective targets.
Tips for Elite Version:
The Elite version increases the Necrogiant’s health, attack, and defense by 125%. In addition, legions take 50% less healing and suffer from Dark Riposte—counterattack damage triggered by hitting the Necrogiant during its invulnerability phase. Players must be constantly mobile to avoid accidentally attacking while it’s immune, which could lead to heavy damage.

Magma Daemon
The Magma Daemon is one of the tougher behemoths to defeat, as its attacks involve powerful AoE damage, lava pools, and a dangerous mark system. Coordination and proper positioning are crucial for teams to overcome this challenge.
Step 1: Understanding the Mark Mechanic
The Magma Daemon has a unique mark mechanic that adds a stacking debuff to players hit by certain abilities. These marks deal damage over time, and once players accumulate enough stacks, the damage becomes lethal. To avoid being overwhelmed by this mechanic, players must rotate between the different Magma Daemons (if multiple are present) or move out of danger zones to reset or reduce their marks.
Maintaining low stacks of these marks is essential for survival, especially during the later phases of the fight when damage intensifies. As the fight progresses, it is important to coordinate rotations between the Daemons to manage these debuffs effectively.
Step 2: Positioning and Avoiding AoE Damage
The Magma Daemon frequently uses AoE fire attacks, which deal heavy damage to players caught within the blast radius. Ranged players, especially mages and marksmen, should stay at a distance to avoid these AoE abilities while still maintaining their damage output. Staying spread out will minimize the risk of multiple players being hit by the same attack.
The Magma Daemon’s Magma Wave is a devastating ability that deals damage in a large radius around the Daemon, making it critical for melee players to keep a close eye on the Daemon’s movements and positioning to avoid getting caught in the blast. Tanks should focus on keeping the Magma Daemon in a central location to give ranged units enough space to maneuver while minimizing the risk to the rest of the team.
Step 3: Handling Lava Pools
As the fight progresses, the Magma Daemon will summon Lava Pools throughout the battlefield. These pools deal consistent damage to anyone standing inside them, making it crucial for players to avoid these areas at all costs. The placement of these pools can severely limit mobility and space, so positioning becomes even more important as the fight goes on.
Players must remain vigilant and adjust their positions accordingly to stay out of the lava pools while still maintaining optimal damage output. The longer the fight drags on, the more these pools will appear, so efficient management is key to keeping the team alive.
Step 4: Utilizing Healing Manastones
Throughout the fight, Healing Manastones will spawn at specific intervals. These manastones are crucial for keeping the team healthy and removing the debuffs caused by the Magma Daemon’s marks. Support players should be on the lookout for these manastones and ensure that they are used strategically during moments of high damage or when the team is running low on health. Timing the use of healing resources correctly can be the difference between success and failure.

Flame Dragon
The Flame Dragon has numerous AoE fire-based attacks, including Flame Charge and Fireball, that can quickly overwhelm players. The key is to focus on avoiding its devastating breath attacks and handling its phases efficiently before the enraged timer triggers.
Step 1: Positioning and Threat Management
To begin, the tank should pull the Flame Dragon to the center of the arena, allowing ranged damage dealers like mages and archers to position themselves safely. Tanks need a few seconds to generate threat and hold aggro, while DPS players must focus on attacking from a distance, as the Flame Dragon has multiple close-range cone and tail attacks that deal massive damage. Avoiding these frontal attacks is critical in reducing damage taken by the tank and any nearby melee units.
Step 2: Phase 1 – Cone and AoE Attacks
In the first phase, the Flame Dragon primarily uses Flame Charge and Fireball, both of which target a forward arc. The tank should aim to keep the Dragon’s front pointed away from the rest of the group. Occasionally, the Dragon will also use Tail Strike, a backward AoE attack. Players should stay mobile and prepared to dodge these telegraphed abilities. Avoid clustering to minimize damage from AoE abilities.
Step 3: Phase 2 – Summoning Abyss Lizards
Once the Dragon reaches a certain health threshold (about 75%), it will fly into the air and summon Abyss Lizards. Players should focus on quickly dispatching these lizards, as they explode upon death, dealing damage to anyone nearby. These lizards also drop Healing Manastones, which are crucial for recovering health. The Dragon will bombard the arena with Fireballs during this phase, so players must be quick to dodge.
Step 4: Dragon Roar and Flame Charge
Following the lizard phase, the Flame Dragon returns to the arena, introducing a new attack, Dragon Roar. This attack causes fear in all nearby players, making them uncontrollably move. Directly after this, the Dragon uses Flame Charge again. If players are feared into the fire breath, they can take catastrophic damage. It’s essential to avoid the Dragon Roar by staying out of its range or using crowd-control immunity abilities.
Step 5: Rinse and Repeat
The fight will alternate between the lizard-summoning phase and the flame-breathing phase, requiring tanks to maintain threat and DPS players to stay at range, dodging fire-based attacks. As the fight progresses, these mechanics will repeat with increased intensity, making coordination and consistent damage output critical to defeating the Flame Dragon before the enraged timer.
Elite Version Strategy
In the Elite version, the Flame Dragon’s damage is significantly enhanced. The enrage timer is shorter, and AoE attacks cover more ground, making it even more important to maintain positioning and manage healing resources efficiently.
