There are three Call of Dragons League of Order (Humas), Springwardens (Elves), and Wilderburg (Orcs). This guide will detail each of the factions in Call of Dragons, and their pro’s and con’s. The faction you choose depends on your playstyle, and also how far into the game you are. Once you reach level 10, you can change factions.
League of Order Faction
The League of Order Faction in Call of Dragons is a solid early-game Faction due to the increase in gathering speed, which will allow you to grow faster. Waldyr is also a great starting hero, with access to powerful magic hits for long-range attacks, PVP skills, and rage skill enhancements. Magic units are very successful around barricades, and can destroy melee enemies before they can get close enough to damage your magic units. The downside of magic units though is their slowness, so be careful not to over extend!
Springwardens Faction
The Call of Dragons Faction Springwardens provides an increase in march speed and healing speed. This makes Springwardens ideal for players who wish to engage in combat against Behemoths. Springwarden’s starting hero is Gwanwyn, who is a great choice for PVE. Gwanwyn can deal a lot of damage at range, although be careful that enemies do not get too close – as she is very weak and requires protection.
Wilderburg Faction
The Wilderburg Faction offer an increase in attack and destruction engineering. This is beneficial to those that lead rallies and garrison defense, due to the additional 3% physical attack bonus. Wilderburg though is typically not the best faction for PVP. The starting hero for Wilderburg is Bakhar. This hero is not great, and you should seek to replace this Hero and invest in better ones.
Conclusion on Call of Dragons Factions
In conclusion, there is no set ‘best’ Call of Dragons Faction, but instead you should select the one that fits your playstyle, and the stage of the game that you are at. Best of luck with whatever your choice may be!
