The Call of Dragons Forge of Light Event starts on Day 13 and will last for 3 days.
During this event when the Compendium is available, you will receive an increase chance of obtaining specific Artifacts. You will be guaranteed to achieve an Epic / Legendary Artifact every 10 draws, and a Legendary Artifact every 90 draws. You should wish for your desired Artifact before you make a draw. You can open the Artifact Compendium up to 2,000 times per day.
