Introduction to Clash of Clans Clan Capital Minion Horde

The Minion Horde is an aerial unit available in the Clan Capital, unlocked by constructing the Minion Barracks. This structure becomes accessible once the Barbarian Camp district’s District Hall reaches level two, which requires a Capital Hall at level three. Each Minion occupies 2 housing spaces, meaning a Horde of 6 Minions is equivalent to 12 housing spaces in the home village in Clash of Clans.

Each Minion Horde consists of six individual Minions, which are fast air troops with low hitpoints. Despite their fragility, they can be effective at exploiting defenses that can only target ground units, such as Cannons. This allows them to bypass certain defensive structures and deal damage without immediate retaliation.

Minions naturally attack the closest building, following a simple targeting priority. However, if enemy troops are stationed in defense posts, Minions will shift their focus to these troops when either attacked or positioned near a friendly unit that is under attack. Once enemy troops are eliminated, they resume targeting the nearest available structure.
