Introduction to Destiny Rising Cats Guide
Destiny Rising is a free to play live service title available on mobile. Whether you’re looking for a break from the main Destiny games or just want to try something fresh, you can dive right in on any Android or iOS device.
While the game focuses on shooting and exploration, there’s also a lighter side to discover, adorable cats! Scattered across various locations, these furry companions can be found (and yes, petted. plus a little more!). Here’s our guide to every cat location in Destiny Rising.
Where To Find the Cats
You can only encounter cats in Haven, the game’s main social hub and starting area. So far, we’ve discovered 14 potential spots where these adorable felines may appear. However, do note that these are spawn locations, meaning the cats won’t always be there when you visit.
Also, When you’re near a cat, a circular cat icon will appear on your mini map. But keep in mind, this icon won’t show up on the full map.
Easiest way to track cats

The easiest way to track cats is by opening your map, clicking on the desired location, and then selecting the “Track” button to mark it for easier navigation.
Keep in mind that cat locations change daily. It seems you can only find up to four cats at a time. Each day you log in, we suggest exploring all of Haven, it only takes a few minutes.
How To Feed And Pet The Cat

To pet a cat, approach it and press the interaction. A small menu will appear, allowing you to either pet the cat and/or offer it a fish you’ve caught. Petting a cat for the first time completes a New Light Challenge, rewarding you with 500 Glimmer and Valiant Ground.
Unable to fish in Haven?
If you’re unable to fish in Haven yet, don’t worry, simply continue progressing through the main campaign. After petting a cat, a brief message will appear indicating the type of fish it’s looking for. We will link a dedicated guide for fishing soon so keep an eye out here on Theria Games!
