Ning Fei Abilities

Super	Arts of Staff Ning Fei activates his Super, unleashing a flurry of Arc-infused melee strikes that trigger Chain Lightning with each hit. During this state, his clones deal increased damage and gain the ability to use Leigong Block to defend against incoming attacks.
Signature 1	Lightning Strike Ning Fei leaps forward and slams down on enemies ahead, dealing Arc damage and applying Corrupt. His clones simultaneously unleash Lightning Strike to attack alongside him.
Signature 2	Sidetrick Ning Fei dodges and summons a Clone. Clones continuously emit Chain Lightning attacks, and staying near one grants Ning Fei Acceleration and Damage Resistance. When a Clone inflicts damage, it also restores health to both itself and Ning Fei.
Passive	Dance of Sparks Chain Lightning damage dealt by Ning Fei and his Clones also applies Arc Disarray to affected targets for 8 seconds.
Relic Trait 1	Mind Meld Defeating an enemy with Lightning Strike fully restores the energy cost of Sidetrick.
Relic Trait 2	Acme of Perfection If a target is struck by Arts of Staff multiple times within 5 seconds, the damage dealt increases by 10% per consecutive hit, stacking up to a maximum of 100%.
Relic Trait 3	Lightning Fast Reload Using any Signature Ability grants the Lightning Fast Reload effect.

Lv. 1	Using any ability grants 6 Arc Overload stack.
Lv. 2	Increases Overloaded Arc’s damage to 30% x current weapon damage.
Lv. 3	Increases Overloaded Arc’s damage to 40% x current weapon damage.
Lv. 4	Overloaded Arc now inflicts Overload Disarray on combatants for 8s.
Lv. 5	Increases Overloaded Arc’s damage to 60% x current weapon damage.

Ning Fei Talent Tree

Rank 1	Mirror Image Sidetrick’s max number of charges is increased to 2.
Rank 2	Phantom Strike After casting Sidetrick, Ning Fei becomes Invisible for 2.5 seconds. When he either attacks or the Invisibility ends, he gains a 15% damage bonus for 3 seconds.
Rank 3	Thunder Descends Increases the damage of Lightning Strike by 40% for Ning Fei and 20% for his Clones.
Rank 4	High Voltage Current Overloaded Arc and Overloaded Tremor deal 30% increased damage to the first enemy hit.
Rank 5	Chain Tricks Reduces the Super Energy cost of Arts of Staff by 30% and increases the damage of its final strike by 20%.
Rank 6	Astral Projection When Ning Fei uses Arts of Staff, his Clones also strike nearby enemies with the same ability, dealing 20% of Ning Fei’s damage.
