Overview
The Grow a Garden Blood Moon Event is a special limited-time event in Roblox Grow a Garden introduced as part of the Lunar Glow Event on May 17, 2025. This event features the Blood Moon Shop, the Blood Moon time, and the mysterious Meteor Showers. During Blood Moon time, the environment transforms into a glowing red night, creating unique opportunities for farming and exploration. Players can gather Bloodlit Fruits, which are used to unlock exclusive plant mutations only available during this event. The Grow a Garden Blood Moon Event encourages active play, rare crop collection, and strategic farming under the eerie lunar glow.

The Blood Moon has a 33% chance of spawning instead of a normal night, meaning it takes an average of 3 hours or every three nights for a blood moon to spawn.
When spawned, the player’s crops have a chance to turn Bloodlit (4x). The Blood Moon also lasts 15 minutes as opposed to the standard 10 for a Night. When the Grow a Garden Blood Moon event was launched, the developer started a Global Grow a Garden Blood Moon event and the Blood Moon Shop restocked twice, however this does not happen during a normal Blood Moon. The Night Staff can turn plants Bloodlit at night.

When a Blood Moon starts, an exclusive shop is dug up from the ground and offers brand-new Pets, Night Seed Packs and Eggs, special moon-themed seeds and 2 new gears.
