How to Get the Grow a Garden Celestial Mutation
Meteor Shower Event
Grow a Garden Celestial Mutation only occurs during a Meteor Shower event. The mutation happens when a fruit is struck by a shooting star. These falling stars will strike random areas across the map, including your garden.
Meteor Showers usually occur at night or during a Blood Moon event. They do not happen at other times. A Blood Moon event has a 33% chance of occurring during a Night event. Night events happen approximately every hour.
During a Meteor Shower, meteors may randomly strike every 7 seconds. The event lasts for a short time, sometimes 3 minutes, or between five and eight minutes after a Night or Blood Moon event ends. You must be online during the Meteor Shower for the mutation to trigger; it will not happen if you are offline.
Star Caller
The Star Caller is a crucial item that helps attract meteors to your farm, increasing the likelihood of your crops being struck and mutating.
It costs 12 million Sheckles and can be purchased from the Blood Moon Shop or the Twilight Shop, both of which appear during the Night Event. Place the Star Caller strategically on your farm, ideally near your most profitable or valuable crops or a dense cluster of crops.
A single Star Caller can guarantee the Grow a Garden Celestial Mutation on three plants. Note that a Star Caller only works three times before it vanishes. You can place multiple Star Callers in your garden, ensuring they are not within each other’s range, to maximize the number of mutations.
Stacking and Value
The Grow a Garden Celestial Mutation is a special plant mutation that dramatically increases the value of an affected crop. It provides a 120x price multiplier to the crop’s sale value. This can turn a regular fruit into one worth millions of Sheckles.
