Sprout Seed Pack
Grow a Garden Flare Daisy seed is primarily obtained from Sprout Seed Packs. It has a drop rate of 40%.
By submitting required plants to the Jack NPC, you contribute points to grow the beanstalk (900 points needed for full growth).
As the beanstalk grows, you can claim glowing particle rewards while climbing, which may include Sprout Seed Packs.
A special reward is also given for submitting the most plants to Jack, which can include the seed pack. This method requires participating with others in a server, as it won’t work solo in a private server.

You can buy Exotic Sprout Seed Packs from the in-game shop using Robux: 1 pack for 199 Robux, 3 packs for 575 Robux, or 10 packs for 1699 Robux.
Rainbow Sack
