Grow a Garden Hotdog Daschund is a unique blend of a Dachshund dog and a classic hotdog. It features a tan, bun-colored body resembling a small dachshund, with a strip of reddish sausage along its back.
Orange squiggles on its back are designed to look like ketchup or mustard. The pet also has floppy brown ears, expressive black eyes, and an orange nose and mouth.

Grow a Garden Hotdog Daschund is obtained exclusively through Culinarian Chests and is a limited-time event pet available only during the Kitchen Storm Cooking Event.

How to Get a Culinarian Chest
Find the Rat Connoisseur NPC
This special character, introduced in the Kitchen Storm Cooking Event, can typically be found near the Cooking Pot in your garden. You need to use mutated fruits to cook meals in your Cooking Pot or Cooking Cauldron.
Once you have a mutated meal, give it to the Rat Connoisseur. He will then present you with three random rewards from a pool of 15 options.
Among the three reward options, there is approximately a 40% chance that the Rat Connoisseur will offer you a Culinarian Chest. Other potential rewards include various seeds, other pets like the Sunny-Side Chicken or Gorilla Chef, and kitchen items.
Grow a Garden Hotdog Daschund has a 14.5% drop chance from the Culinarian Chest. Due to this low probability, you may need to acquire and open multiple chests

The Hotdog Daschund possesses a unique ability called “Loaded Dog”. This ability involves the pet dropping puddles of either mustard or ketchup on the ground.
Every 80 to 240 seconds (approximately 1.3 to 4 minutes), the Hotdog Daschund will drop a puddle. The puddles cover an area of 8 to 16 studs and last for 30 to 45 seconds.
Pets standing on a mustard puddle gain 20% to 40% faster cooldown for their abilities. Pets standing on a ketchup puddle receive 20% to 40% more experience (XP).
Its abilities can stack with other cooldown and XP multipliers for even stronger effects. As the pet ages and levels up, its abilities may improve, potentially leading to faster cooldowns, increased XP gains, or more frequent puddle drops.
