The Grow a Garden Prehistoric Event, is a major expansion that launched on Saturday, July 5, 2025. It brings a wealth of new content, including seeds, pets, quests, and more, replacing previous events like the Summer Harvest Event. This update has been highly anticipated, with developers teasing a new plant that surpasses the value of the Candy Blossom.
Grow a Garden Prehistoric Event Overview and Location
The Prehistoric Event introduces a new display in the center of the field, transforming the area into a dinosaur-themed dig site with sand and dirt.

This event is designed as a grind event, similar to previous event type updates where players work towards collective goals.
Grow a Garden Prehistoric Event: Key Non-Player Characters (NPCs) and Machines
At the center of the play area, you’ll find two new NPCs and a special machine:

Blair
Located at the quest stall, Blaire offers Dino Quests for players to complete. Interacting with her shows the list of available tasks.

Graham
Situated next to the “DNA Machine” at a stall named “Dinosaur Eggs,” Graham provides access to dinosaur eggs and pets.
He’s depicted as a man wearing a laboratory gown with goggles, and equips a Lightning Rod behind him.

Pet Mutator / DNA Machine
This machine is found beside Graham’s Dinosaur Eggs Stall. You can trade existing hatched pets (like a rooster pet) by putting them into the DNA machine.
After an hour of incubation, the machine will reward you with 1-3 dinosaur eggs. There’s also a slim chance it might skip the egg phase entirely and give you a dino pet directly.
Grow a Garden Prehistoric Event: Dino Quests and Rewards
The Dino Quests are a brand new quest line replacing the old harvest quests. They function similarly to the Lunar Glow Event, offering a reward track for prizes where players gain points for participating.

Blaire offers three random quests at a time. You don’t need to select tasks; you can just start working on them directly. Completing a task and interacting with Blaire allows you to claim rewards and earn “green ticks”. These ticks increase your progress bar for weekly rewards. Your weekly progress will refresh if you don’t complete all quests in the given time.

You can skip quests by spending 89 Robux. There’s an option called “Restart Dino Track” for 149 Robux or 100,000,000, similar to the Lunar Glow Event where you could pay 500,000 sheckles to redo the reward track.

Dino Quest List
There are 15 unique tasks that can be assigned:
- Plant 100 Carrots
- Plant 10 Watermelons
- Plant 5 Pumpkins
- Plant 25 Bamboo
- Plant 1 Mango

Tip: Using the Reclaimer tool from the Gear shop to pick up plants as seeds allows you to re-place them to make progress on seed planting quests.
Individual Quest Rewards: Completing quests may reward you with an Ancient Cosmetic Crate, Dinosaur Egg, or Ancient Seed Pack.
Weekly Reward Track: Accumulating “ticks” from completed quests unlocks weekly prizes:
- 3 Ticks: 1x Volcano Cosmetic
- 6 Ticks: 3x Ancient Seed Packs
- 9 Ticks: 1x Long Neck Dino Statue Cosmetic
- 12 Ticks: 6x Ancient Seed Packs
- 15 Ticks: 3x Amber Mutation Spray
- 18 Ticks: 10x Ancient Seed Packs
- 21 Ticks: 1x Bone Blossom Seed.

Bone Blossom Seed is the ultimate reward and is considered better than the Candy Blossom, due to its high base value.
