Introduction to Legend of Mushroom Archer Class Guide
To begin the Legend of Mushroom Archer class guide I would like to explain that in different parts of Legend of Mushroom for which you will require different skills/pals to prove effective in order to move forward. For example, our top skills/pals guide may not work for you even though you have all of the skills & pals in order to use it. Each part of the game requires a necessary set of skills/pals in order to conquer it. Please use the knowledge you learn here as a baseline in order to get better, gain knowledge and progress further.
Reminder: Archers are strong against Mages, and weak against Warriors.

Early-Stage PVE Archer Class Guide
Helpful Pals / Skills in the Early-Stage
First we will get into the most helpful pals/skills in my opinion. These will help both early game and late game:
- Thorn Thicket (PVE)
- Speed Surge (PVE/PVP)
- Hero Bird (Has multiple rarities not just red) (PVE/PVP)
- Hydrosprite (PVE Sometimes PVP)
- Snail (PVE)
I will explain why I suggest these skills/pals:
So If you’re using both snail and thorn thicket then it will delay the opponents to get to fighting position before they can start attacking you, Hero Bird increases your attack speed and same with speed surge, both of these stack together increasing your attack speed that much more to land more combos/crits per second increasing your DPS.
Hydrosprite is a nice pal to have, if you’re going against a boss and you die before you can get a second set of skills off even with Hydrosprite equipped then you can remove it and change it to something else.
Dragons Good for PVP & PVE:
The dragons are good to use as they increase your Crit DMG by a lot, Early game use the Fortune Dragon, Late game use the Treasure Dragon as the Treasure Dragon is the higher variation of it.
Now that we have gone through a variety of different skills/pals that are useful let’s get into what you all came here for and that’s recommended pals/skills/relic setups. So I will do my best to help provide that as well as guide you to my reasoning. I will first begin with PVE and do PVP afterwards.
Let’s start with early game and make our way forward through the game.
I would recommend this loadout from when you can acquire the skills/pals to use it. You can use this loadout until you acquire the higher variation of it.
Early-Stage Skills for Legend of Mushroom Archer Class
- Thorn Thicket, this is good for delaying the opponent. This skill works well with snail.
- Speed Surge, this is a good skill to boost your attack speed, this works well with an attack speed buff pal.
- Shroom Shield, this is a good skill to use for the extra protection until you unlock Clone Strike. Shroom shield works well with Energy Statue.
- Natures Renewal, this will mostly help in stages as it will regen 30% of your Max HP, this also works well with the Energy Statue to deal additional damage. If this skill isn’t working well for Bosses you can consider changing it to coin bomb*
- Coin Bomb is good to deal the additional damage that is necessary for clearing the boss.
- Take it Slow, This is a good skill against stage mobs as well as bosses, this reduces the attack speed of the opponent. If you already have debuffs for their slowness before they arrive to you then this is a good skill to have to debuff them again.
Early-Stage Pals for Legend of Mushroom Archer Class
- Snail, this is a good pal to use to slow down the opponent. This pal does not work for PVP.
- Banana, this banana is a really good pal as it increases your combo damage and your combo %, this will help especially if you use the Crit Mask Relic.
- Hydrosprite, this Pal is only good if you have enough time in your battle to use your skills numerous times. If you don’t get enough time to use the same skill twice then don’t use this and use an alternative pal. An Alternative to this could be a Skill dmg pal or a basic attack damage pal. Feel free to swap between them and see what works for you (I recommend the basic attack damage pal for early game over skill damage)
- Rainshade Bird, this bird has higher variations of it, This pal increases your attack speed which helps a lot for an archer, higher attack speed means landing more combos, your combos can also crit so this increases your chances of landing more crits.
- Fortune Dragon, the fortune dragon is a really good pal as it adds a global 20% crit damage increase to your current crit damage. Global % just means that it will add 20% to that total value. If you have a total value of 1000% Crit damage this will make it 1200% which adds up and helps a lot.
Early-Stage Relics for Legend of Mushroom Archer Class
Now, let’s discuss some relics to use for this loadout. I would recommend the following relics:
The Bonded Mask is good for the additional crit rate.
The Thundercaller Kite is good fordamage value increase as it is levelled up.. Alternatively, you can use the Dragon Weave if this is not levelled up.
The Magic Box. If you have acquired this relic, you can swap out the Hydrosprite for the Deer, if it is not proving as effective in boss fights.
The Energy Statue is good for when you’re using Natures Healing/Shroom Shield, more effective when using both.
Flame Book – This book is good for going against stages, in some cases against some bosses (Eg. Bosses that need to be next to you to attack. Bosses like the dragon that attack almost when they spawn it may not prove useful, if this is the case then the immunity book will be more helpful.)
BeastHide Book – This book is good against Bosses to deal extra damage per second towards the boss, If the boss has to travel a far distance before attacking you then this book is ideal, if the boss is like the dragon and only travels a short distance before entering their attack stance then Immunity Book will prove more useful.
Immunity Book – This book is good with bosses that attack when they spawn, this will give you a few seconds of immunity so that it doesn’t take down your health as much, meaning you live for longer.

Mid-Stage PVE Archer Class Guide
Now let’s get into a mid-game type build for this I will provide multiple versions you can use if you acquire a pink skill/pal.
Mid-Stage Skills for Legend of Mushroom Archer Class
- Smoke Bomb – This skill is good for dealing additional damage, a good relic to use for this skill is Time Statue to increase the skills duration by 50%. Allowing you to deal 30% extra damage for not 5 seconds but for 7.5 seconds.
- Disarm – This skill disarms opponents for 3 seconds if you’re using time statue then that will be 4.5 seconds that the stage mobs/boss will be disarmed, if you’re using thorn thicket + snail then you can delay your disarm to around 6 seconds depending on the boss / speed of the stage mobs. You mainly want to proc your disarm for the closest point to where the mobs start attacking you. To test this, put like a 5 second delay on if you’re attacked before it activates then you lower the second. This delay will vary between different stages/bosses.
- Speed Surge – This skill is good especially when using the hero bird pal as the attack speed from both stack together increasing your attack speed more.
- Thorn Thicket – This skill is good for delaying the stage mobs, it can help in boss battles too depending on the attack range of the boss. If it’s a dragon for example which attacks at long range then the thorns may not be of much use to you, if this is the case you can swap it out for coin bomb against bosses.
- Shroom Shield – This will help provide additional health for overpowering the boss with both Defense and Offense.
- Wild Gust – This will help in stages you can alternate between shroom shield or wild gust, I suggest wild gust as it deals a decent amount of AOE damage and gives you the option to use the Crimson Sickle
Additional Skills you can use if you have them unlocked:
- Blitz Assault – If you have this skill and not the others then you can use the Spirit necklace, for this skill you want it to proc after your disarm runs out before you’re starting to be attacked again. Keep in mind disarm will be active for 4.5 seconds if this is on a 4 second delay then you will want your delay to be 4+4.5=8.5 however there is no .5 delay for that interval so we will say 8 seconds. I’m not saying this is the timing you should put just an example of how to use the delays.
- Clone Strike – If you have this skill then that’s great. This skill works wonders for PVE and PVP especially Mid Game, Clone is only pointless to use if it dies instantly in PVP before your disarm / blitz expires. If you’re using this skill for PVE/Bosses then use the Storm necklace to increase the damage of the clone.
- Worldly Snare – This skill can be good for stages if you have a low crit rate, this can help increase that crit rate and help you deal additional damage, it won’t always prove useful but if you’re missing the other pink skills then this is an additional option.
Mid-Stage Pals for Legend of Mushroom Archer Class
- Snail – The snail is a good choice mainly in stages but struggles in some boss battles if the boss has a high attack such as the dragon then it’s best not to use this and replace it with something else such as the deer.
- Hydrosprite – This is a good pal to have because it re-charges your skills faster giving you more attack speed buffs from speed surge and more traps from Thorn Thicket. If you’re going against a boss and you die before you can activate your skills again then you can use an alternative pal, a good alternative to this could be #1 Benny the bunny #2 Toothpick Eggplant #3 Chicken Hood
- Hero Bird – This pal is a good option as it will increase your attack speed and stacks with the speed surge skill.
- Banana – The banana is good, if you don’t have the red banana unlocked and only the blue one then that’s okay this will still work early/mid game, late game the red banana is more preferable.
- Dragon – If you have the treasure dragon then that’s a better alternative to the fortune dragon.
- Deer – This pal is good for the damage resistance and if you’re using this pal then you can use the relic for it. The relic provides additional damage for the deer pal itself to deal to opponents.
Conclusion on Mid-Stage Archer Class
Stages DPS / Hell+
Stages Mix Between DPS & Defense / Hell+
Bosses DPS / Hell+
Bosses Mix Between DPS & Defense / Hell+
Now I will be presenting a conclusion for slightly different pals/skills. This is if you pink skills/pals and what to replace with what to help you.
Stages DPS
Stages DPS (Mid to Late Game)
If you have blitz assault and clone then this is a good skills/pal combo to have until later stages where there are slight changes. Remember each part of the game is different and adjustments are always needed, this guide is just a baseline containing knowledge of some good loadouts that are possible to use as a baseline or an overall guide.
Bosses DPS (Mid to Late Game)
Using the snail is dependent on the boss that you’re facing. If the boss is a boss with a large attack range and starts attacking upon being spawned then you can replace the snail with angel deer and you can equip the magic box relic.
Late-Stage PVE Archer Class Guide
Now that we have discussed early/mid game for Legend of Mushroom Archer class let’s get into a more advanced section of the game, these sets are ideal for late infinity – revelation, I’ve been using this through revelation. Testing has not been done for miracle (the stage after revelation 10-10) yet as that’s further in the game
Legend of Mushroom Archer Full Damage Build
First we will discuss pure damage based on the most damage dealt. This will be ideal for bosses such as Lamp Thief, Showdown Boss or, in some cases, Blazing Cave.
- If you do not have the pal Octopus, then use Egg Plant
- If no Egg Plant, then use Fiery Tale.
Legend of Mushroom Archer Full Defense Build
Full defensive build, Mainly suggested just for Grumpy Big Fish (Family Fish Boss located in the family area).
- If you do not have the pal Puppy Fevor, then use Panda.
- If you do not have B. Duck, then use Hero Bird.
Legend of Mushroom Archer Stage Build
This next loadout will make a good baseline to help you clear stage mobs.
- Disarm: Try starting off with no delay, if no delay doesn’t help then you can try adding roughly 4 second delay, it varies, if you make it to stage 3 out of 4 for example and your Disarm is still on cooldown you can remove the delay then try again,
Legend of Mushroom Archer Stage Bosses Build
Stage Bosses loadout, can also be used for other bosses such as dark trials, soul trials, or blazing cave, in some cases this can also work for cloud ascension trial (Varies on the bosses, if it doesn’t have a boss and just stage mobs replace the beasthide book with flame book).
If you’re going against a boss such as a dragon that has a large attack range and attacks almost instantly on spawn then the above set will seem less effective due to the snail and thorn thicket not slowing the opponent down as much as one that would come up to you with a short attack range, if that’s the case you can attempt this set below.
- Delays: Dazzled 1-2 second delay, you want to time it for before the boss initiates the attack.
Dazzled will be activated for 1.5 seconds (1 and a half seconds) it has a 50% extended duration from the time statue meaning 50% of 1.5 will be 0.75. Which is almost an entire second. So 1.5 will turn to roughly 2 seconds. You would want to activate your disarm for when the stun is over and the opponents are about to initiate an attack.
Let’s say that you have dazzled on delay and will be initiated 2 seconds into battle, which means it will be active for roughly 2 seconds meaning it should end approximately 4 seconds into the battle. The opponent will need a little time to recover from the skill and get into fighting stance and with the calculation of dazzled being an estimate u still have some time left, so you can use 4.5 seconds for disarm to be activated, each boss will be different so be sure to play around with it.
You can also try changing dazzled over for blitz assault, if you decide to do this then you will want to use disarm for when the opponent is about to attack, so approximately 4 seconds or even no delay disarm will last 3 seconds + 50% (1.5 seconds) meaning it will end in 4.5 seconds. If you have no delay on disarm then you can activate your blitz assault at 4.5 seconds/4 seconds.

Helpful Pals / Skills for PVP
Now let’s discuss PVP and what’s best to use at different points of the game, remember different opponents might need different skills/pals used to defeat them, These skills/pals are probably the most important for PVP.
First up is the skills:
Extra Skill: Clone Strike – use only if your clone does not die before your disarm / blitz expires. If it dies before it deals damage to opponent, remove it.
The following pals are mainly late-game however the dragon has an orange version of it, the banana has a blue version of it and the Hero Bird has multiple lower versions of it.
First we will discuss some skills / pals that you can use at multiple parts of the game to help optimize your builds.
Shroom Shield, this skill is good to get the shield, this is good to use until you get Clone Strike / Blitz Assault.
Speed Surge, this is an early game skill and works well for archer in all aspects of the game, using this and an attack speed pal will raise your attack speed that much more so you land more combos/crits (remember your combos can crit)
Take It Slow, This is a game skill, you will probably get this the first day the game is released or in a few days based on your progression. This skill is good to use in PvP if you’re going against another Archer or even a Warrior to reduce their attack speed.
Easy Breezy, This can be used against Mages to reduce their attack damage instead of reducing their attack speed by using take it slow. Mages don’t have a high attack speed so this is more ideal to use against mages.
Smoke Bomb, this skill increases the damage that you deal to opponents by 30% for 5 seconds (7.5 seconds if you use time statue)
Blitz Assault, this skill allows you to be invincible for 3 seconds giving you that extra edge in health, keep in mind there are advanced skins that have ignore immunity status effects. But this skill is always good to use especially mid game
Disarm, This skill is vital for PvP especially with the time statue to get the additional time to cancel the opponent attacking, will help lots against warriors/archers, if going against mages then dazzled skill will prove more effective. (This may not prevent them from casting some skills however it will at least delay their skills recharge rate which helps as mages have a quick refresh rate compared to other classes).
Hydrosprite, this is only good if your battles last a long time, if your battles are under 10 seconds it’s pointless using this pal, they is multiple variations: Red, Orange, Yellow, Purple and Green.
Treasure Dragon, this pal is really good as it gives your crit damage a global increase, which increases your global crit damage a lot. This pal has 2 variations: Pink and orange.
Banana, This pal is good because it increases your combo rate % as well as increases in combo damage. There are 2 variations: Red and Blue. The red is obtained in a spending event. (Event is roughly once a month)
Hero Bird, this is an attack speed bird and increases your attack speed so you deal more combos/crits dealing more damage to the opponent. They is multiple variations for this bird: Red, Orange, Yellow, Blue & Grey
Early-Stage Skills for Legend of Mushroom Archer Class
Note: If using Meteor fall then you can use a pal to increase skill DMG also to increase Skill DMG Output (This is only good early game). Alternatively, use coin bomb.
Early-Stage Pals for Legend of Mushroom Archer Class
Early-Stage Relics for Legend of Mushroom Archer Class
You can alternate between the stonewrit tome book or the flame book, I personally prefer the stonewrit tome early game then use the flame book later on in the game. I’ve inserted Skill DMG into the equation because in the early game you won’t have perfect stats you will just be trying to rush for better gear to get the increase in ATK, HP & DEF and wouldn’t have concentrated much on your stats. So the extra skill DMG helps early game as well as with the extra damage from using the energy statue.
Mid & Late-PVP Archer Class Guide
Now we’ve discussed early game, let’s get into mid game where we can use necklaces.we will base this guide on different versions, I will do multiple parts for different loadouts to give you a general idea of what you can use. I will base it off mainly after unlocking reds, and some loadouts if you have 1 pink or even 2 pinks.
Mid & Late-Skills for Legend of Mushroom Archer Class
Let’s start with the general baseline, This baseline will have 0 pinks in and will just have reds unlocked and some information on why we use it:
Let’s discuss some pinks that you can use. Now let’s say that you have unlocked some pinks so let’s get into how we can improve this set to make it better pvp orientated with better equipment.
The skills, the top 3 are probably Smoke bomb, disarm and speed surge, these 3 work extremely well with each other, especially if you have the flame book too as that also increases attack speed, so essentially you’re getting an attack speed from speed surge, flame book and hero bird.
So let’s talk about replacements, we will be substituting the 2 skills on the right – which will be shroom shield and take it slow.
Shroom Shield Substitute would be blitz assault or clone.
Clone strike is good if it doesn’t die before it can deal damage to the opponent. Whether it lives or dies varies on your total HP and your opponents damage / skill damage output. If you use the clone strike skill then you can use this storm necklace
If your clone dies straight away and doesn’t deal any damage to your opponent then just use blitz assault, if you use blitz assault instead of clone then you can use this spirit necklace.
If you use both blitz assault and clone then I would prioritize storm necklace over spirit necklace.
Blitz Assault Only:
Clone Strike Only:
Blitz Assault + Clone Strike:
Mid & Late-Pals for Legend of Mushroom Archer Class
Let’s start with the general baseline, This baseline will have 0 pinks in and will just have reds unlocked and some information on why we use it:
The best ones here I would personally say are the Combo Banana and the hero bird. The deer does help in some cases but in the end-game it doesn’t help too much.
The dragon is good to use up until you unlock the pink treasure dragon, the dragon provides a good boost to your overall crit damage output which helps quite a lot due to it being a global increase, meaning as you increase your crit damage elsewhere it will still multiply it’s value by that upgrade meaning it will always increase your crit damage as you progress into the game.
The banana is mainly good for the +10% combo rate, the additional damage the banana provides isn’t an overwhelming advantage however it does help having this pal.
So let’s discuss some pals that we will replace and with what.
- Dragon we would want to replace this with the pink dragon when it’s available (not a replacement just an upgrade).
- Angel deer can be replaced with Hipster tortoise when that becomes available to you, the hipster tortoise gives you a shield when you’re low on health meaning it’s an additional shield.
Let’s look at these replacements in practise:
Pink Dragon Only:
Hipster Tortoise Only:

Now that we have suggested recommended load outs let’s discuss some relics to match our setup.

Blitz Assault Only & Hipster Tortoise:
Blitz Assault Only with both Pink Pals:
Clone Strike & Pink Dragon:
Clone Strike & Hipster Tortoise:
Clone Strike Only with both Pink Pals:
Both Pink Skills and Pals:
Notes:
- Do not use Clone-Strike if it doesn’t deal damage to the opponent. If you fail to damage the opponent using the clone before their disarm/blitz duration expires, then exchange Clone-Strike for Take It Slow.
- There are 2 books that you can use for PvP: Flame Book for increased attack speed or Stonewrit Tome for additional defense. Mid/early game, Stonewrit Tome will most likely prove more helpful; later game, Flame Book will be better.
- Sometimes the Hipster’s Shield will not protect if your opponent has overwhelming attack power. If it doesn’t work or doesn’t activate, replace it with the Deer. If neither of the defensive pals work for you, then you can try using Fiery Tale if not already.
- If you’re wondering why I’ve barely mentioned the Pal “Chicken Hood” when it increases your “Basic attack dmg +30%” the reason is it doesn’t actually increase your combo or crit damage output, your attacks will be combos or crits due to having a high combo/crit rate so using this pal unless early game is pretty much useless and doesn’t help
Prayer Statue for Legend of Mushroom Archer Class
Let’s discuss other aspects of the game. We will now be discussing Prayer Statue and what is best and why?
Ideally in your prayer statue you want 5 combo affixes like below:
I have tested different loadouts, for example;
- 4 Combo + 1 Boss DMG
- 4 Combo + 1 Crit DMG
- 5 Crit DMG
- 5 Combo DMG
- etc.
The overwhelming combo dmg that the statue gives is a must and will assist in your progression a lot, use this for both pvp and pve.
NOTE: Some people struggle to understand the percentages so here I will quickly explain the buffs.
We will use this one as an example.
This Global Combo DMG + 72.60%, But what does this represent?
This 72.6% is a global increase (Please note the statue value is only so large because it’s taking all 5 of them into consideration)
If you click onto a players profile to compare stats, locate combo DMG then click onto the information tab you can see where the combo damage is coming from. Global increase is the highest increase you can get onto your stats so this is multiplying your other combo dmg by that value.
CONCLUSION: The 72.6% get’s added to your stats and is the increase to your combo dmg itself.
Now let’s discuss the 91%. What’s this?
To explain this I will re-mention that 91% represents the 72.6% the higher the 91% is the higher rarer that stat is and represents how much better of a roll you could get.
So the 91% gives 72.6% Combo DMG HOWEVER. If we look at the 99%
You can see it gives a large combo dmg %, this shows that 99% is one of the best rolls that you can get (100% will be the highest)
The % value of the global combo dmg will increase as the rarity increases, for example 100% on SSS will probably max out at 80% combo dmg boost meanwhile SSS+ will most likely max out at 100% combo dmg boost.
Souls for Legend of Mushroom Archer Class
First let’s begin with the priority order of unlocking pink souls, I will list them in descending order (meaning top first bottom last)
- Combo DMG + Boss DMG
- Global ATK + Healing Rate
- Global HP + HP Regen Bonus
- Defense + Boss DMG Resistance
- Basic ATK + Skill DMG
- Crit Res + Pal Crit
- Crit DMG + Skill Crit DMG
- Counter + Pal DMG
Explanation:
Combo DMG + Boss DMG
- Pink Combo DMG vs Red does not increase the Combos overall value, the only additional perk you will get is the Boss DMG, however this is super helpful for numerous things such as Soul Trial, Dark Trial, Lamp Thief, Server Showdown Boss etc. (Basically all bosses)
Global ATK + Healing Rate
- Pink Global Attack vs Red Global Attack. Pink has a higher global attack value and will increase your damage output. The healing rate is good as it procs on every attack.
Global HP + HP Regen Bonus
- Pink HP vs Red HP. Pink HP has a higher base value than the red soul, you will also be gaining HP Regen which will heal a % of your HP every second the battle goes on.
Defense + Boss DMG Res
- Pink Defense vs Red Defense, Pink Defense has a higher value than red Defense, you will also be gaining a Boss DMG Resistance which is good to help you increase your standing against bosses especially Dark Trials.
Basic ATK + Skill DMG
- Basic ATK does not increase your combo dmg Pink vs Red does not change the value, it is the same increase for both rarities meaning all you will be gaining is Skill DMG buff which is good to increase your overall Skill DMG output dealing more damage at the start of the battle before shields activate.
Now we have discussed the main ones we will quickly discuss the ranking of the last 3.
I would say only get these over time and they is no rush in acquiring them, reason being is Crit Res + Crit DMG + Counter DMG all of these values are the same whether they’re Pink or Red so you aren’t getting additional %s for upgrading this to pink so all you will be gaining is Pal DMG, Skill Crit DMG and Pal Crit DMG.
Pal DMG is kinda pointless for Archers and isn’t something to worry about it will help deal small amounts of additional damage however it’s not a high priority so the only other thing you’re missing on is Skill Crit DMG, If you have some Skill Crit % on your gears for a small change to activate a Skill Crit then it will be worth upgrading this one over the others, but other than that it’s not something to stress or worry about.
Now, lets discuss upgrading souls. Highest priority would be Crit DMG and Combo DMG, these 2 values are very important to increase your damage output, You will also want to increase your DEF & Crit res quite a bit also.
Let’s say in this scenario my highest soul level is 30, I would suggest something similar to this;
- Combo DMG Level 30
- Crit DMG Level 30
- Global HP Level 30
- Global ATK Level 25 (Around 60-70% of your highest level soul)
- Def Level 20 (Around 60% Of the level of your highest soul)
- Crit Res Level 20 (Around 60% Of the level of your highest soul)
- Basic ATK DMG level 1 (Unless u have it pink) then maybe 50%-40% the level of your main souls).
- Counter DMG Level 1 (Unless u have it pink) then maybe 40%-30% the level of your main souls).
Now let’s discuss substats for pink souls for each individual soul;
- ATK Soul – Global Combo DMG
- Crit DMG Soul – Global Combo DMG
- Combo Soul – Global Combo DMG
- Basic ATK Soul – Global Combo DMG
- HP Soul – Skill DMG Res
- Def Soul – Airborne
- Crit Res Soul – Skill DMG Res
- Counter Soul – Ignore Airborne
They is a specific set of attributes u can actually have for each individual soul, the ones that are Skill DMG Res are mainly res based meaning you can have Combo, Counter, pal dmg res or even pal crit rate, the only attribute that’s going to help you the most will most likely be skill dmg res as every class has skill dmg so this will help against all classes.
Runestones for Legend of Mushroom Archer Class
It’s best to have 4 Global Crit rate runestones for the 10% global crit rate damage:
I will now tell you some tips regarding runestones when searching for them. Some Runestones will look like this and have the attributes in green this is something to just completely ignore.
Instead of green you want it to be displayed in blue and you’re looking for Global Combo DMG on each individual piece that you own.
So for this soul it shows that the Global Combo DMG is in blue however so is Pal DMG Res. If you upgrade this it will focus mainly on one of the 2 attributes and is completely random to which one the game will favor, the trick is to upgrade this just enough so it upgrades one of the values, if it upgrades global Combo DMG first then this is good that means you want this piece especially if it has the main substat which we want the main substat is this “HP”
Now I will help you pick each Substat. We will use this as a reference to it’s positioning
- I = 1
- II = 2
- III = 3
- IV = 4
- V = 5
- VI = 6
- Set 1, You can only have HP as a Substat here.
- Set 2, You can only have ATK as a Substat here.
- Set 3, You can only have DEF as a Substat here.
- Set 4, This is damage based, I recommend Combo DMG for a Substat.
- Set 5, This is completely res based options is Counter Res, Combo Res, Basic Atk Res, Pal DMG Res, If you’re struggling with warriors go for Counter Res, if archers go for Combo Res, if you want both and not swap over time you can use Basic Atk Res.
- Step 6, You want Crit DMG Bonus as a Substat for this slot.
Overview: You want the substats mentioned above, the runestone pieces you want is:
- X4 Crit DMG Runestone (+10% Crit DMG)
- X2 Combo DMG Runestone (+5% Combo DMG)
GOAL: Get Combo DMG on Ideal Runestone Pieces.
Back Accessories for Legend of Mushroom Archer Class
Now Let’s Move onto back accessory:
When you level your feathers you want to upgrade them in 10s
I will explain what I mean. As you can see in the image I have left 2 feathers at level 61 and I have focussed using my levels on the first one.
Why is this?
I do this because every 10 there is a huge increase. The first increase starts on level 11 then 21, 31, 41, 51, 61, 71 etc.
So I will get my feather to level 71 first then upgrade the second to 71 then the third one to 71 then I will get my first one to 81 then second to 81 etc.
Basically;
71 61 61 THEN 71 71 61 THEN 71 71 71 THEN
81 71 71 THEN 81 81 71 THEN 81 81 81 ETC.
Now we’ve discussed feathers, let’s get into the gold feathers / talents section.
We will start discussing the each individual talent paths;
So if you upgrade the fury talent path as an archer then yes you still get the bonus in stats etc. It’s better to spread your points among all 3 talent paths for a higher increase in your strength, the cost of working on only 1 talent class is extremely expensive and is only meant for like a year + from now. It’s crazy expensive so spread your points among all 3 talent trees.
Let’s start discussing the path to upgrade in fury then archery and finally sorcery.
Here in warrior go down the left route (HP)
Reason; Here you have your HP, ATK & DEF increases (Same with all 3 paths)
You also have the option to increase your Healing %, Evasion & Ignore Evasion
END GAME: Your reward for this path after completing it is a Attack speed + crit rate and attack boost which will help nicely for stages or long battles such as showdown boss, lamp thief and grumpy big fish.
Now let’s discuss the archery path:
Here you want to mainly focus on Combo DMG, this is the most important value here. When you have fully upgraded that then you can increase your Healing Rate + Healing Amount.
Sorcery Path:
In the sorcery path you have Basic ATK as an option to increase your combo / crit dmg output so this is a good choice as well as the Skill DMG, Skill DMG is good to deal additional damage to your opponent before they have a shield activated.
Conclusion:
ATK, HP & DEF are cheap and should be maxed, if you’re still early game just level each one to level 10 for the time being and come back to it. Your main attributes you want to focus on is #1 Combo DMG, #2 Basic ATK DMG #3 Skill DMG.
I save points for my COMBO DMG Upgrade it, with my spare tokens I will use it on Basic ATK DMG / Skill DMG then save up till it’s close to the same level as the combo dmg.
Reason I don’t just focus on COMBO DMG itself is because it’s expensive and I will be losing a lot of additional Skill DMG + Combo/Crit DMG from the increase from the Basic ATK upgrade.
Awakening for Legend of Mushroom Archer Class
Now that we have discussed majority of the game let’s get into Awakening and what to focus on,
So first I would like to say in the beginning of the game if you’re new it is probably best to buy 1 pink soul first (Combo + Boss DMG) from the cross server arena shop then focus on full awakening.
Awakening allows you to enter the next stage of your class, it grants an additional 100k power and a small increase in stats.
We will number them this way (Please keep in mind my stats are currently all over the place after changing numerous times for testing).
- Top Left = 1
- Middle Left = 2
- Bottom Left = 3
- Top Right = 4
- Middle Right = 5
- Bottom Right = 6
- 1 = Global ATK – Low Priority
- 2 = Defense – High Priority
- 3 = Crit Res – High Priority
- 4 = HP – High Priority
- 5 = Crit Damage – Highest Priority
- 6 = Basic Attack Damage – Highest Priority
Reasoning; Crit Damage increases your overall Crit DMG dealing a larger amount of damage, Basic Attack Damage increases your Combo DMG output
Defense, Crit Res + HP are around the same priority, as archer damage output is preferred due to warriors being counter orientated, if you deal an overwhelming attack difference compared to the warriors then you will just shred their HP.
Global ATK is good as it increases your overall DMG output, however you’re already getting that from Crit Damage + Basic Attack Damage so it doesn’t make an overwhelming difference.
I would upgrade something like this:
- 1 = Global ATK – Level 3 (Keep it 30% of the level of highest priority)
- 2 = Defense – Level 6 (Keep it 60% of the level of highest priority)
- 3 = Crit Res – Level 6 (Keep it 60% of the level of highest priority)
- 4 = HP – Level 6 (Keep it 60% of the level of highest priority)
- 5 = Crit Damage – Level 10 (Upgrade when Available)
- 6 = Basic Attack Damage – Level 10 (Upgrade when Available)

Relics for Archer Class
Boss Relics for Archer PVE
The Immunity Book and Beasthide Book – you can swap between and see which helps you the most. If you have high Combo/Crit damage then the beasthide book is helpful to kill the boss before it touches you as it increases DMG dealt by 20%.
Immunity Book is good if you have High HP but low attack, this makes you immune to damage for 3 seconds when your HP first drops below 70%.
I personally have always preferred the Beasthide book as I have high Damage Per Second (DPS).
Boss Relics for Archer PVP
The Stonewrit Tome Book and Flamke Book. These 2 books are dependent on where you’re in the game, If you’re early game then the Stonewrit tome is likely to help you more than the flame book is. If you’re late game then I suggest using the flame book for the extra attack speed, this is for both PVP and PVE (stages)
Treasure Relics for Archer Class
The Magic Box and Metamorphic Crystal relics. These relics and dependent on which pals that you’re using, Magic Box is good early game when using the Angel Deer pal (It’s a white deer rarity is red and has lower rarities of this pal)
If you’re in the end-game (Late Infinity/Revelation Stage) using the Octopus Pal then it’s possible for you to use the metamorphic crystal but Magic Box is likely to assist you more if you’re using
the magic box pal for the damage resistance. If you’re going for a DPS build then you can use Octopus with the crystal.
Mask Relics for Archer Class
The Bonded Mask and Arrow King Mask relics. These Masks are mainly dependent on the Combo/Crit rate that you have on your character. I have personally always used the Bonded Mask for the higher Crit rate, If you have a higher Crit Rate than your Combo % then you can use the Arrow King Mask.
Fossil Relics for Archer Class
The Thundercaller Kite and Dragonweave Circlet fossil relics. These fossils are mostly used for archers, I mainly use Thundercaller Kite as the damage value increases the more the relic is leveled, I have tested Dragonweave Circlet at numerous different times among my LOM experience, it doesn’t prove as effective as the Kite. But Dragonweave is an alternative relic to use if you have the Dragon or Lizard pal in use.
Statue Relics for Archer Class
The Energy Statue and Time Statue relics. Early game Energy statue is good to use as you won’t have smoke bomb or dazzled unlocked just yet. Having the extra Damage during shroom shield will give you the extra edge during PVP/PVE. If you’re Mid/Late game then it’s recommended to use Time Statue for the prolonged effects of smoke bomb and dazzled skills.
Necklace Relics for Archer Class
The Crimson Sickle Necklace, Spirit Necklace, and Storm Necklace relics. These necklaces are dependent:
If you use Clone Strike then use Storm Necklace, However if your clone dies straight away then use the Spirit Necklace, if your clone isn’t dealing any damage before their blitz/your disarm effects run out then it’s pointless having it.
If you’re early game and do not have blitz assault / clone strike unlocked then you can use the Crimson Sickle I suggest using this if you have wild gust (Wild gust is good for PVE stages for the AOE DMG)
