Introduction
On the 8th of July, 2024, the Legend of Mushroom Summer Carnival event was announced. This event lets users win lots of in-game goodies, as well as irl rewards such as a Nintendo Switch, iPhone 15, PS5 and more! Players earn lottery tickets, which in turn you can enter to win these great prizes!
Getting Lottery Tickets in Summer Carnival
Getting lottery tickets is super simple, and better yet, there is no way to buy packs to get more tickets – so even if you are free-to-play you stand a chance of winning an awesome reward! To earn lottery tickets you must complete a sequence of daily tasks. The tasks are shown below:

Entering the Summer Carnival Lottery
To enter the lottery, click the “Invest” button. Besides the invest button, in brackets, it will detail how many lottery tickets you have. Obviously, the more tickets you have – the better your chances! You can invest up to 7 tickets per day. For each ticket you invest, you will earn 50 diamonds.
How to get a Better Chance of Winning the Summer Carnival?
To get a better chance of winning, make sure to enter the lottery on the day of the reward being announced. For example, if the reward you are after (say the Nintendo Switch) is being announced on the server reset between the 14th and 15th of July, make sure to enter all your lottery tickets on the 14th for enhanced odds! Note though, you can only enter 7 tickets a day – so realistically you should be entering every day, stock piling tickets won’t work!
When are the Prizes Announced?
There are prizes announced every day at reset. Each day, besides big ticket days, have 49.99 gem giveaways (equivalent to 49.99 USD). The big ticket days are on the following:
- 14/15th July (time zone dependent): Nintendo Switch
- 21/22nd July (time zone dependent): iPhone 15
- 28/29th July (time zone dependent): PS5
- 4/6th August (time zone dependent): One Night Hotel Stay
Please note that there are two separate draws, one for Europe servers, and one for the Americas servers. This means that your chances are ‘doubley’ as good!
