Jasser has already traveled more in his single lifetime than most survivors of an entire city. And always his goal remains the same: to find a way to heal our troubled world.

Jasser has accumulated enough knowledge as a maverick scientist and explorer to make himself quite useful to both the Dawn Alliance and Phaethon, both of which have made overtures. Jasser’s ideology may align more closely with the Dawn Alliance, but he is not one to make himself beholden to any cause and is happy enough to part with whatever he has learned so as to ensure the Chiefs of various cities have enough cause to welcome him with open arms.

If Jasser’s survival on the ruthless Tundra can be ascribed to one factor, it must be courage under pressure.

Jasser’s first foray onto the Tundra took place as a member of an expeditionary force struck down by an enormous snowstorm soon after leaving their Settlement. Survivors don’t last long in snowstorms, and yet Jasser somehow managed to pathfind his way to an abandoned shelter without which the team would have certainly been found frozen the next morning. Yet their troubles had only just begun. The shelter was immediately attacked by a horde of ravenous animals, and with many fellow explorers wounded, Jasser had to fend off the beasts mostly alone with a gun and hunting knife. In all this Jasser never showed a hint of anxiety, so much so that teammates nicknamed the taciturn explorer “Fortress Jasser”.
