The boss is located in the Titanbone Expanse area of Septimont, within the Rinascita region. Specifically, Arsinosa resides at the top of the mountain northeast of the Titanbone Expanse. While players will naturally encounter this boss during the Chapter 2, Act 5: Shadow of Glory main quest, it’s also possible to reach the location earlier by climbing to the summit manually.
