How to Get Grow a Garden Kitsune

Grow a Garden Kitsune - Zen egg

Zen Egg

The Kitsune is exclusively obtainable from Zen Eggs. Its hatch rate is extremely low, at a scarce 0.08%, making it the rarest obtainable pet with the lowest hatch chance in the game.

Hatching a Zen Egg also takes four hours and ten minutes, or four hours. There are a few primary ways to get Zen Eggs:

Zen Shop

You need to collect Tranquil mutation plants from your garden. These can be obtained from the Zen Aura event, other Tranquil mutation pets (like the Tanchozuru pet), or pets like the T-Rex which can spread the Tranquil mutation.

Grow a Garden Kitsune - Trade Chi 2

Go to the Zen Event hub and interact with the Zen Shop Racoon NPC. Trade Tranquil fruits to get Chi Points. Interact with the same NPC again to open the Zen Shop and purchase a Zen Egg for 30 Chi or 149 Robux.

Grow a Garden Kitsune - Zen Egg Shop

The Zen Shop restocks every hour, but the egg may not always be available, so you might need to check back every 30 minutes. You can also restock the shop immediately by spending 500,000 Sheckles (Restock price increases gradually).

Upgrading the Zen Channeller’s Tree

You can also get Chi Points by growing the Zen Tree. Alternatively, you can upgrade the Zen Channeller’s tree, located near the Zen Shop.

To upgrade, equip any plant with the Tranquil mutation and submit it to the Zen Channeller NPC. You can upgrade the tree seven times, and each upgrade has a high chance of rewarding a Zen Egg.

Grow a Garden Kitsune: Stats and Abilities

Grow a Garden Kitsune’s main ability is called “Nine-Tailed Myth”. Every 20 minutes (or approximately 22 minutes), the Kitsune will go to another player’s garden.

Grow a Garden Kitsune

It then mutates a random fruit with Chakra. The Chakra mutation provides a x15 multiplier. After mutating, it duplicates the fruit for you, essentially duplicating a crop and giving it to you while leaving one in the original garden.

Grow a Garden Kitsune - Foxfire Chakra

There is also a very rare chance to apply the Foxfire Chakra mutation instead, which is even more valuable.

Acquiring the Grow a Garden Kitsune pet requires significant effort due to its extreme rarity. If you are a collector, the Kitsune is considered the crown jewel of your garden. Owning the first-ever Prismatic pet will make you memorable.
