The Gourmet Egg is anticipated to be a significant reward within the upcoming and highly anticipated Cooking Event Update in Roblox: Grow a Garden. The Cooking Event is part of Update 1.17.0 and was chosen by the community in a weekly update poll.
It is scheduled to premiere on August 2, 2025, and conclude on August 9, 2025, replacing the Zen Event. The core mechanic involves a cooking pot in the middle of the map where players add different fruits and vegetables to create various quality foods. Discovering better recipes and feeding a pig NPC will yield better rewards.
