How to Obtain Grow a Garden Static Mutation
Raiju
Grow a Garden Static Mutation can only be obtained through the Raiju pet, which is a Mythical-tier pet.
The Raiju pet’s passive ability, known as the Lightning Beast, approximately every 10 to 10.5 minutes, the Raiju will devour a crop that has the Shocked mutation. This process provides 1.5 times the normal value for the devoured shocked fruit.
After devouring the Shocked fruit, the Raiju unleashes a chain lightning effect that applies the Static Mutation to around 4 nearby crops.
Acquiring the Raiju Pet
The Raiju pet can be obtained through the Zen Shop [Tranquil Treasures] for 350 Chi.
To unlock the Raiju with Chi, you must first grow the Zen Tree to Stage 7 by giving Tranquil-mutated fruits to the Zen Channeller NPC. Rarer fruits will contribute more Zen Points, helping you progress the tree faster.
Alternatively, you can directly purchase the Raiju from the Tranquil Treasures Shop for 759 Robux.
While the Static Mutation offers a solid multiplier on its own, its true potential is realized through strategic use and synergies with other in-game elements:
Thunderstorm Synergy
During a Thunderstorm weather event, there’s a chance (around 20% to 20.3%) that the Raiju’s chain lightning may apply the Shocked mutation (x100 multiplier) instead of or in addition to Static on affected crops.
This allows for highly profitable combo-mutation opportunities, as Static is stackable with Shocked.
Grow a Garden Static Mutation is considered a gamechanger for players looking to farm money quickly without extensive manual grinding for mutations. Adding Static Mutation via Raiju can be a key part of a mutation-focused farm layout or automated high-value farming cycles.
