Introduction
The Mount Rush event is comprised of four stages, with each stage requiring you to use 800 Clock Winders to upgrade your Mount. This means throughout the four stage event, you will have to use a total of 3,200 Clock Winders.
Rewards from completing one stage of the Mount Rush Event are 2,000 Divine Hammers, which can be used to upgrade Artifacts, 200 diamonds, and 20 x 5 min speedups. Therefore the total reward for this event is 8,000 Divine Hammers, 800 diamonds, and 80 x 5 min speedups.
How to Obtain Clock Winders
Clock Winders can be obtained through the Chrono Tower dungeon. This dungeon can be Entered four times a day, and rewards you with Clock Winders and Diamonds. Clock Winders can also be won through events such as Family Brawl or Family Raids.
Finally, you can purchase Clock Winders with diamonds – this will probably be necessary for the Mount Rush Event. You can purchase a Clock Winder for 35 gems each. As you need 3,200 Clock Winders to complete all four stages of this event, you may need to spend up to a total of 112,000 gems.
Optimal Strategy for Mount Rush
The optimal strategy will change from player to player, and also from how far away the Mount Rush Event is from the time you read this guide.
Option One:
Use Clock Winders when you are able to increase your Mount’s star/level, even outside of the Mount Rush event so that you do not fall behind due to the missed buffs. Instead save your diamonds, and use 112,000 diamonds to purchase 3,200 Clock Winders during the event.
Option Two:
Begin to save Clock Winders a couple of days prior to the event if you wish to save on Diamonds – only if you feel like you are not lacking as a result of not upgrading your Mount. This will help you to save some diamonds, and can be more efficient.
Cost Analysis
To complete this event it would require 112,000 diamonds in order to purchase enough Clock Winders to complete all four stages of the event.
The reward for this event is 5,000 Divine Hammers, which to purchase would require $1500 of spending (for 5,680 Divine Hammers). Therefore, the reward for this event has a monetary equivalent of $1,320.42.
The cost of 112,000 diamonds is approximately $450, leaving a net positive of $870 ($1,320 – $450). Therefore, if you are viewing things from a coining perspective, this event is hugely cost effective to partake and ensure you clear all four stages.
