Theria Plus Refund Policy

At Theria, we strive to provide high-quality digital experiences and premium content through our Theria Plus subscription. As Theria Plus offers non-tangible, irrevocable goods, we generally do not provide refunds once a subscription has been purchased and accessed. This policy is in place because our products and services are digital and immediately available after purchase, making it impossible to reverse or recover the value provided.

However, we understand that mistakes can happen. If you believe you have been charged incorrectly or have set up multiple payments in error, please contact us at billing@theriagames.com. Our team will review your case and refund any duplicate or erroneous charges promptly.

Exceptions and Considerations

In certain situations, we may consider issuing a refund under the following circumstances:

  1. Duplicate Subscriptions: If you have unintentionally set up more than one subscription or payment for the same account, we will refund the duplicate payment(s).
  2. Technical Issues: If you have experienced significant technical issues that have prevented you from accessing the Theria Plus content and our support team is unable to resolve the issue, we will consider issuing a pro-rated refund based on your inability to access the service.
  3. Unauthorized Payments: If you notice any unauthorized payments or suspect that your account has been compromised, please contact us immediately at billing@theriagames.com. We will investigate the issue and, if necessary, process a refund for the affected charges.

Refund Process

To request a refund, please email our team at billing@theriagames.com with the following details:

  • Your Theria account username or email address
  • The email used for the purchase
  • The payment transaction ID(s)
  • A brief description of the issue

Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days and provide a response. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.

Policy Limitations

Refund requests made beyond 30 days of the original purchase will not be eligible for review, except in cases of fraud or unauthorized transactions. Theria reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the above criteria or are suspected of abuse.
