After three days, the redecoration will be completed.

Once you have reached ten hearts with Penny, you can propose to her and get married. You can purchase the pendant for 5,000g from the Old Mariner, who appears on the beach near the tidal pools on rainy days, but you must first repair the beach bridge to reach him.
The Old Mariner will only sell the pendant if you have at least one romanceable NPC at ten hearts and have upgraded your house at least once. During the Winter, the Old Mariner can only be triggered with a rain totem. If you regret the decision, you can erase her memory at a shrine that becomes available after assisting the Wizard.
