Evony Civilization Gear is the best type of equipment available within Evony. This is due to the massive buffs and debuffs this equipment provides.

How to get Evony Civilization Gear

Evony Civilization Gear Scrolls are required to start crafting the civilization equipment. These scrolls are made up from 30 civilization scroll fragments. There are a variety of different ways to get the scrolls and fragments.

• King’s Party – Primary way to get fragments, two sets of thirty fragments are typically available. The first at Level 4 (200$), and the second at Level 10 (2,000$)
• Wheels – There are a variety of event wheels that offer scroll fragments, such as Tyche’s Wheel of Fortune (now retired), Astrolabe, and Wheel of Civilization). During these wheels, you can gain the fragments – this is the most common way for F2P players to earn Evony civilization gear
• Huns Invasion
• Alliance Boss

Heian set is the best for buffs, and Abbas set is the best for debuffing. Due to the nature of siege though, it is more important to buff than debuff. Therefore you should use a Heian set.

How to Advanced Refine Civilization Gear in Evony

A common question for people when Advanced Refining Evony Civilization Gear is if after unlocking advanced refining, and they want to change the normal refines, will it lock advanced refining again? The answer to this is no, as long as you achieve Advanced Refining level 1. Therefore, it may be advisable for new Evony civilization gear to ensure you get any random 4 gold refines, so you can unlock advanced refining, get it to level 1, and then go back to your normal refines, as this will allow you to progress the Advanced Refining level of the Evony civilization gear whilst you look for the refines you desire.
