Introduction
The Council of State building was released with the k45 update. This building is unlocked at k32 and allows you to appoint generals to the building that are 5 stars or higher, in return for buffs. It works similarly to Duty gens – in the sense that they are locked into that building and can’t be marched, in return you get buffs.
How it Works
The building is located behind the keep, and must be constructed.
As you appoint a general, you shall received buffs based on the general and the number of stars. You must assign relevant gens to each Title (ground, cav, ranged, siege). As you level up the building you will unlock more troop types – the first unlocked being ground.
Glory Golden Twig
The Glory Golden Twig to upgrade the position level and title grades of Generals within the Council of State.
It can be obtained from the 80 and 110 activity chest, and from killing certain bosses. There is a maximum of 8 twig’s from bosses per day.
Merit of Jade
The Merity of Jade is used to upgrade the position level of Generals within the Council of State.
It can be obtained from the 80 and 110 activity chest – still gaining information from other sources it can be acquired. There is a maximum of 15 Jade’s from bosses per day.
