Mehmed II provides the following buffs:

• Ranged Troop Attack +15%
• Enemy Mounted Troop and Ground Troop Defense -15%

Sudan Conquest

Increases your ranged troops’ attack by 15% and reduces enemy’s mounted troops and ground troops’ defense by 15% when General is leading the army to attack.

Ascended Special Skill Buffs

Below are the additional buffs that an ascended Mehmed II will receive to his Special Skill for each ascended star level.

• 1 Star – When attacking, Ranged Troop Attack +10%, Enemy Ground Troop and Mounted Troop Defense -10%.
• 2 Star – Increases Troop Death into Wounded Rate by 10% when General is leading the army to attack.
• 3 Star – When General is launching Alliance War, Rally Capacity +8%.
• 4 Star – When attacking, Ranged Troop Attack +15%, Enemy Ground Troop and Mounted Troop HP -10%.
• 5 Star – When attacking, Ranged Troop Attack +20%, Enemy Ground Troop and Mounted Troop HP -10%.
