You can get the Witch’s Treasure Bags from Candies. Candies come from Pumpkin Monsters, Pumpkin Tiles, and outside of the Halloween Event from the Daily Login Rewards. There are 5 different levels of these bags. You can get level 1 from Candies, and all the above levels are coming from the lower level Witch’s Treasure Bags. So level 1 can give you level 2, the level 2 can give level 3, and so on. Opening one of the treasure bags will give you only one reward. The more you open at the same time, the bigger the chance for the higher-level bags.
