Evony Hospital Guide: The Hospital is where you heal wounded troops and revive soldiers who die during Server War (SvS).
Some troop losses cannot be handled at the Hospital. Siege Machines must be repaired at the Trap Factory, while Souls and Deserters are managed through the Holy Palace. Dead Generals must be revived at the Shrine.
Upgrading the Hospital increases the number of wounded troops it can accommodate.
The Hospital becomes available at Keep Level 6. It is also an important prerequisite for upgrading the Research Factory, as certain Research Factory levels require the Hospital to be upgraded first.
Evony Hospital Guide Menu (Availability during upgrade, Unlock conditions)
The Heal menu is used to restore wounded troops, but it becomes unavailable while the Hospital itself is being upgraded.
The Revive menu only appears during SvS and can still be used while the Hospital is under construction.
The Duty feature unlocks at Hospital Level 15, allowing you to assign a Duty Officer for additional bonuses.

The main Hospital milestone is Level 15, which unlocks the Duty Officer feature.
Evony Hospital Guide Upgrade requirements (resources, etc.)
Upgrading the Hospital requires increasing amounts of resources and construction time as its level rises.
Keep in mind that the displayed Construction Time depends on your current Construction Speed bonuses, so the actual upgrade time may vary between players.
You can check your Construction Speed under the Administration section of the Monarch Details screen.

How to Increase Hospital Capacity
There are several ways to increase your Hospital Capacity in Evony.
The most direct method is to upgrade the Hospital, as each level increases the number of wounded troops it can hold.
You can also increase capacity through Research. In the Academy, focus on Hospital Scale, Super Hospital Scale, and Supreme Hospital Scale under the Medical Aid category, as well as Adv Medical Power under Defense. Researching Typography and Super Typography can help you complete these upgrades faster.
The Military Drill I, II, and III researches in the Ground Troop Formation section of the Military Academy also provide additional Hospital Capacity.
Assigning a Duty Officer to the Hospital further increases its maximum capacity. Any qualified general can be assigned, but generals with Hospital-related skills provide stronger bonuses.
Your Defense General can also contribute to Hospital Capacity. Several generals gain additional capacity bonuses through their Ascension. Richard the Lionheart, for example, provides a Hospital Capacity bonus through his basic skill, although he is generally not recommended as a long-term defender due to his weaker overall combat performance.
Equipping your defending general with the Dragon of Thebes provides another useful bonus. At Dragon Level 10, it increases Hospital Capacity by 25%, while Level 15 increases it by 35%.
At Monarch Level 30, you can also select the Hospital Capacity Monarch Talent for an additional 25% capacity.
During Server War (SvS), Hospital Capacity is temporarily increased by 50%.
Duty Officer
The Hospital Duty Officer feature unlocks at Hospital Level 15.
Assigning a Duty Officer increases both Hospital Capacity and Healing Speed.
Any general who meets the required Duty Officer conditions can be assigned if you only need the standard bonus. However, generals with Hospital-specific skills and specialties are more effective.
Blanche is one of the best options, followed by Pericles and Skanderbeg. These generals provide additional Hospital-related bonuses, including increased capacity and improved healing performance.
