Constantine the Great provides the following buffs:

• Enemy Ground Troop and Mounted Troop Attack -20%
• Subordinate City Troop Death to Survival Rate +10%

Roman Emperor

Reduces enemy ground troops and mounted troops’ attack by 20% when General is leading the army. Increases Subordinate City troops’ death to survival rate by 10% when General is the Mayor.

Ascended Special Skill Buffs

Below are the additional buffs that an ascended Constantine the Great will receive to his Special Skill for each ascended star level.

• 1 Star – Enemy Ground Troop and Mounted Troop Attack -10% and Defense -10%.
• 2 Star – Enemy Ground Troop and Mounted Troop Defense -15%; when General is the Mayor, Training Speed in this Subordinate City +20%.
• 3 Star – Enemy Ground Troop and Mounted Troop HP -15%; when General is the Mayor, Death into Survival Rate in this Subordinate City +10%.
• 4 Star – Enemy Ground Troop and Mounted Troop Attack -15% and HP -15%.
• 5 Star – Enemy Ground Troop and Mounted Troop Attack -15%, Defense and HP -15%.
