• 1 Star – When General is the Hospital Officer, In-city Ranged Troop and Siege Machine Defense +15% and HP +15%.
• 2 Star – When General is the Hospital Officer, Hospital Capacity +15%.
• 3 Star – When General is the Hospital Officer, Healing Speed +10%.
• 4 Star – When General is the Hospital Officer, In-city Ranged Troop and Siege Machine Attack +10% and Defense +20%.
• 5 Star – When General is the Hospital Officer, In-city Ranged Troop and Siege Machine Attack +10% and HP +20%.
