How to use iScout for SVS

To use iScout for SVS, you should edit the server ID, as shown in the screenshot below:

This will then allow you to enter a new server ID (Note: You can only change server ID once every thirty minutes on iScout):

You should change the server ID to the enemy server, and then return to the ‘Assistant’ tab.

From here you can search parameters for Monsters, Resources, Relics/Pyramids, Arctic Barbarians, Players, and Subcities.

Finding Enemy SVS Players

First, select the Players tab. This will allow you to configure the desired level, power, bubble status, whether they are on enemy server (i.e. your server) and alliance tag.

It is not recommended to configure the level tab, but rather the power tab. Here you can set parameters. Personally I usually selected the minimum power as 100M as this helps to filter most of the dead keeps, which helps to ensure a worthwhile hit. Furthermore, you should toggle the bubble option to be “No”, and you change the “On enemy server” status if preferred although I typically leave it as its default setting. Next filter is the alliance tag, which by default is set to ‘*’ which is a wildcard, meaning all alliances will show up (although this can be narrowed to specific alliances using their tag).

Next, press the Apply button and it will start to load the results with the parameters you have given.

Using Subcities to Attack Players

One great usage of iScout is its ability to locate specific players sub cities.

Here you can enter the occupied status, and alliance tag in order to help find specific players sub cities. This is useful when a player is on your server as it means you can have a teammate force port them, and as soon as they are force ported you can attack their sub city rather than wasting precious seconds trying to arrest warrant them.

Locating Ares Statues and Fire Spirits using iScout

A risk free way to earn points is to go on the enemy server and visit Ares Statues and Fire Spirits – assuming you don’t stay longer for five minutes before your bubble expires.

iScout enables its users to search for these point earning points of interest, meaning less aimlessly scrolling, and more risk-free points!

Finding Occupied Pyramids, Relics, and Resource Spots

To use iScout to find occupied pyramids, relics, or resource spots, you can apply the following filter under their respective tabs. Set Occupied to equal “Occupied (no alliance)” and “Occupied (in alliance)”. This will ensure you can see all the tiles that are occupied – hopefully leading to some easy points.

iScout can be used in two ways for Boss rallying. If you have the Scouter or Fighter package (more on this later) you can insert your desired bosses and iScout will give you a list of coordinates you can search for in-game to start rallies / solo. Alternatively, if you have the Mechanist package, iScout offer an API (fancy way of connecting two computer programmes together) which allows you to connect iScout with EvonySmartBot (ESB) so that you can automatically rally bosses. This means that rally setters can rally 24/7. It saves a huge amount of time for rally setters, and means there is no down time in rallies for teammates sleeping etc.

iScout does cost, although has a free trial for which it will assign you a random server for that you can test its search features out. Its paid tiers are as follows:

• Scouter ($9.99): Allows players to search for tiles, pyramids, barbarians, bosses, and sub cities. This is great if you are just looking speed up your time trying to find bosses.

• Fighter ($19.99): This allows players to search for enemy players with their bubble down, see occupied tiles/pyramids. This is a great level for those in bubble or burn servers, or those that actively play SVS.

• Mechanist ($29.99): This allows players to have API access meaning they can connect it to a limited amount of bots. This is useful for auto setting rallies.

iScout can also help you win the Pyramids Exploration event, by locating level 5 pyramids for yourself. You can even enable sound notifications so that you can leave iScout running whilst you do something else, and it will audibly notify you when a level 5 Pyramid is available to be taken.

Furthermore, iScout can also help win Arctic Barbarians event in a similar fashion, alongside events such as Shadow of Dawn, or keep track of new sub cities on your server through their export sub list via CSV.

While you are on the page, your server map will be continuously scanned (over and over). A full scan cycle (entire map) takes between 5-10 min.

Coordinates in the results are randomly shifted +/- 1km as an additional measure to avoid creating suspicions by the pattern of direct manual navigation to existing objects on the map.

“Anything on the website is completely independent and safe. There is no connection to your account, we do not collect/ask information about players ID, nor do we put at risk anyone by interacting with the game, like sharing the coordinates directly in your whisper or AC. “Manually entering coordinates” is an in-game feature which anyone is able to use. In addition, the randomization of +/- 1km in coordinates was introduced.” This was taken from iScout’s documentation itself.

I personally have had a really positive experience using iScout, and never encountered any issues.

“Collecting data” doesn’t mean it’s “not working“, or it’s “slow“. It means that, at the moment, there are no results matching your filters, and it’s continuously scanning the map until eventually something will appear, and the scanner will walk over it to find it. To make sure it “works”, remove any filter and apply to see results. Beside that, iScout cannot affect the spawn rate/frequency of monsters/pyramids/etc., as well as how fast someone else finds them before you.

No. The scanning works with the same speed for everyone.

The scanner covers around 95% of the map, which means there are some blind spots. If an object is inside a blind spot, it will not be picked by the scanner.

Subscriptions are not renewed automatically when they expire. You have to renew it manually once per month.

Currently the only way to pay is PayPal and Credit Card. Alternatively, you can pay through crypto/bitcoin, although to do so you must DM ‘TheScouter’ on Discord.

iScout offers an API for those with the Mechanist subscription. This API allows you to connect ESB-TKR to iScout – please note, the API currently only supports ESB-TKR.

Steps for API Integration:

1. Purchase the Mechanist subscription:Once you’ve bought the subscription, you’ll gain access to a special API tab on the Assistant page.

2. Access the API Tab:Here, you’ll find your API Key.

3. Set Filters:Customize your desired filters on this tab and save them. The API will deliver results matching these filters to your bot.

4. Connect Your Bot:Use the API Key in your bot application to establish a connection to the iScout API and fetch the filtered results.

This is because the “Bubble” + “On Enemy Server” filters are working in parallel as an “OR” condition. Best to use in PvP / SvS: Bubble=No + On enemy server=Yes

No. As soon as it’d start doing that, your account would be at risk of being detected, and iScout wouldn’t be a “safe to use” service anymore.

Yes – this is their main focus and the iScout teams top priority at the moment.

Possible reasons / solutions:

• Your subscription is expired and needs to be renewed.
• Your API key is currently used by someone else, if you shared it, otherwise, the ESB software “thinks” it is already in use somewhere else, and wouldn’t let you re-connect. Solution: Reset your API key on the Profile page, and connect with the new one.

For better performance, players without alliance, and alliances below 200M power are not scanned.

If you pay for multiple months, the subscription will stack, although if payment are made in a short period of each other, they may be cancelled as payment processor thinks they are a duplicated transaction.

Yes you can, one connection for both the API and dashboard is allowed at the same time. Meaning you can run a bot on the API, whilst using the dashboard to find enemies for example.
