Evony Niwa Nagahide’s Backstory

In the chaotic Sengoku period, Niwa Nagahide rose to fame through his exceptional military prowess and indomitable will. At just 15, he first proved his talent during the Battle of Umezu-Otome, but his true brilliance emerged during the Mino campaign. Using clever tactics and an intimate understanding of terrain, he captured Sarubami Castle, earning a reputation as a master strategist.

Nagahide’s skill in siege warfare and psychological warfare was unmatched. In the Battle of Kannonji, he swiftly dismantled the Rokkaku clan’s defenses, paving the way to Kyoto.

After the Honnō-ji Incident, Nagahide played a critical role in the Battle of Yamazaki, securing a crucial victory that helped set the stage for Hideyoshi’s unification of Japan. A brilliant tactician and steadfast warrior, Niwa Nagahide’s legacy endures as one of the Sengoku period’s most legendary figures.
