The Wisdom Dome was added to Evony during the K50 update, on the 22nd of October, 2025. This building includes a huge amount of buffs for whales to enjoy, but is pretty lackluster and widens the game for the free-to-play players. In this guide, I will dive into everything you need to know about the Wisdom Dome, including what it is, how to unlock, the buffs available, and the upgrade requirements.
What is the Wisdom Dome
Overview

The Wisdom Dome is a almost Blazons-like addition to the game. In the Wisdom Dome you can use either “Honor” or “Resonate” tokens to receive book parts. The chances of each book part depends on the item used, and the rarity of the book.
You can receive 2 Honor tokens every day through completing Daily Activity levels 110 and 145 in the tavern, or you can purchase 5 tokens for a combined total of 2,500 gems. You can receive 2 Goddess tokens every day by reaching Daily Activity levels 110 and 145 in the tavern, or you can purchase packs.
There are four types of rarity – Uncommon (green), Rare (blue), Legendary (purple), and Epic (orange). being the highest rarity. The higher the rarity, the better the buffs.
You then merge two book parts of Part I and Part II together to form a complete book. This book can then be place in the relevant “Goddess Attendant” slot to activate the buffs.

You can see all of your available books, and book parts, in the book warehouse.
Merging Books

As mentioned, you receive book parts. There are two parts to each book, Part I, and Part II. You must combine two parts of a book to make a whole book.

Under the “Merge” tab in the Wisdom Dome, you can either merge books by yourself, for which you will receive two whole books, or you can merge with other players. If you merge with other players, each player will receive one book each.
Therefore, I suggest you and your alliance communicate about what books you have so that you can merge book parts with each other, and get desired books faster. In my teams Discord server, we have created a channel designated to book merging – so it doesn’t get lost in the mess of usual team discussion.
Each book part has a “Basic Attribute” and an “Advanced Attribute”. The basic attribute is fixed, and this is increased only through the rarity of a book part (and you can’t upgrade book part rarities – you must draw them using the tokens). The Advanced Attribute however is assigned a random attribute, with a range of buff. For example, you may receive “In-Rally Ground Troop HP 3.9% ~ 14%” on your advanced attribute. When you merge two books, you get both of their attributes on your whole book, plus another random advanced attribute, and it will randomly generate a value of buff between the two boundaries.
Let me simplify what all that means. Take the book part I previously mentioned, say I had another book part that was “Defending Ground Troop HP 3.3% ~ 12%” and I merged them. The result would be:
Basic Attribute:
In-Rally Ground Troop Defense +5%
Advanced Attributes:
In-Rally Ground Troop HP +(random number between 3.9-14)%
Defending Ground Troop HP +(random number between 3.3-12)%
+ 1 other random attribute
Therefore, when you are looking to merge books, it is important that you only merge books with buffs you want to receive. Personally on my gold books, I am looking for debuffs – so I would only merge books that have debuffs on their Advanced Attributes.
Goddess Attendant

The Goddess Attendant is where you can place complete books in their relevant role. There are five slots, and each slot can only contain one book. Each slot unlocks at a certain Wisdom Dome level, but more on that later.
Each slot has a name, i.e. “Charge Attendant” which corresponds to a book type (in this example, “Charge”). This means that you can only put Charge books in the Charge Attendant slot.
You can upgrade the slots by pressing the “Upgrading” button (yes, that’s a typo in game – not me!). Here you can offer books, parts of books, or “Dust of Wisdom”, for experience points to upgrade the level of the slot, which in turn, boosts the buffs of the book you have placed on that slot.

Level 1 gives you a 1% boost, level 2 gives you a 2% boost – but as you go further up the levels, the boost increases (so more than 1% per level), although at this time we do not have enough information on the experience cost / level cap of the slots.
What this means is say for example you have 3 x -20% Enemy Ranged Attack attributes on your slot (60% total). A 1% boost would increase this to 60.6% – which sounds insignificant, but as you continue to upgrade your slot, this will grow. You can also increase this boost by upgrading your Wisdom Dome level – but we will cover this under the “Upgrade Requirements” section.
Resplendent Chapter

You might have realized in the last part I mentioned “Dust of Wisdom” – this is a reward for completing sections of the “Resplendent Chapter”.
The Resplendent Chapter can be found under the “Book Merge” tab, and you gain Dust of Wisdom, resources, and further boosts for owning certain books. For example, if you “Own 1 of Siegecraft – Siege Machine Book with 3 orange advanced attributes” you will receive 200 Dust of Wisdom, 30 Super Resource Chests, and gain a 10% In-Rally Ranged Troop Attack buff.
Some of the buffs here are crazy, and this is where it becomes a really pay-to-win feature. For example “Own 4 book(s) of different types, each with at least 3 orange advanced attributes” grants you a +25% All Troops HP buff. Or, “Own 5 book(s) of different types, each with at least 3 orange advanced attributes” gives you a +25% attacking Siege Machine and Ranged Troop attack.
How to Unlock the Wisdom Dome
The Wisdom Dome unlocks at Keep level 28, the maximum level of the Wisdom Dome is level 25 – which unlocks at Keep level 50. The Wisdom Dome is fairly cheap to unlock costing only a combined 10M resources to build, but it is extremely expensive to fully upgrade to level 25.

As you can see, the upgrade requirements dramatically increase towards the higher levels. As you upgrade the Wisdom Dome, you will receive a “Goddess Attendant” buff. For the first 10 levels, this buff increases at a rate of 0.5% per level, and for the remain 15 levels it increases at a rate of 15%, for a maximum boost of 20%.
When do the Attendant Slots Unlock?
- The Charge Attendant slot unlocks at level 2
- The Precision Attendant slot unlocks at level 5
- The Formation Attendant slot unlocks at level 9
- The Siegecraft Attendant slot unlocks at level 12
- The Missile Attendant slot unlocks at level 15
This means that you need to be at least Keep 40 in order to unlock all 5 Attendant slots.
