This list contains the best Siege Generals for free to play players. Generals are very unique to each players playstyle, and therefore you may wish to deviate from this list – treat this list as more of a general guidance rather than an absolute. This guide is segmented into March & Rally, and Reinforcement. This is because some buffs are only enabled under certain circumstances.
‘Maxed out’ in this guide shall refer to a General that is level 40 (due to limit information at level 45), fully ascended, fully cultivated, full specialties (except 5th), skin (if applicable), and skill books.
Evony Siege Generals – March & Rally
1 – Ulysses S. Grant
Ulysses S. Grant can be found in the tavern making him easier to Ascend.
His base special skill provides a 15% mounted and siege attack, with a further 15% when with a dragon.
When maxed out, he offers:
- 284.6% Siege Attack
- 271.6% Siege Defense
- 258.4% Siege HP
- 32% March Size

2 – Matthias I
Ulysses S. Grant can be found in the tavern making him easier to Ascend.
His base special skill provides a 20% ranged and siege attack buff, with a 5% increase in march size.
When maxed out, he offers:
- 339.4% Siege Attack
- 270.8% Siege Defense
- 277% Siege HP
- 17% March Size
- 8% Rally Size
